Scoliosis is defined as the curvature of the spine in all three planes, frontal, sagittal, and axial. The first findings are deterioration of the symmetry of the shoulders and hips and swelling on the back of the patient. Early diagnosis and rehabilitation before surgical treatment are of great benefit. The Schroth method applied in our center aims to restore the disturbed body balance in all planes with the help of breathing techniques and exercises specially planned for the person. The effect of the Schroth method in reducing the cobb angle and increasing the quality of life in idiopathic scoliosis in adolescents has been scientifically confirmed in the medical literature.
