Our story goes back all the way to 1991 when we began as a small software development team within Siemens Turkey. We were commissioned to carry out country-specific adaptations in digital switching equipment which was a leading product. Throughout the years, we continued to evolve and specialized in software R&D, custom software development, project management and unified communication and collaboration solutions. We appreciate our contribution in developing and supporting a variety of Siemens products and solutions. As of 2006, our team is incorporated under the name Siemens Enterprise Communications. For a period of 25+ years, we have earned a reputation for delivering innovative communication, technology and business solutions developed, backed and supported by our exceptional staff with many years of experience. Beside the domain expertise in technology, we mutually value our multi-decade experience of doing business in international markets with high quality standards. The beginning of 2013 was a real "milestone" year in our history. In parallel with the global restructuring in Siemens Enterprise Communications, we - the management of Siemens Enterprise Communications Turkey- offered to take over the company. This entrepreneurial offer is appreciated by the Siemens headquarter and by March 2013, the company is taken over by a "management buy out" process, redenominated as ICterra! Today, we are resuming as an independent company bringing our expertise to clients in and outside the Siemens family. Meanwhile we are still software R&D partner of Siemens Enterprise Communications and continue developing and supporting both Siemens product portfolio and processes. Although having a new name, we stem from a business tradition of Siemens Enterprise Communications' having 160-year history. We are proud of that heritage and envisioning the future. It is our hope that our future vision will become part of a valuable heritage for future generations. Headquartered in Ankara, ICterra conveys the new business impact we generate for our clients. We provide value-added solutions by combining skills in information technology with in-depth knowledge of communications combined with the exceptional customer service for onsite, near-shore and off-shore projects.
