My pre-season visit in May was mostly getting the Villa Santi into great shape, though with some time for enjoyment!

My efforts included replacing the clock/thermometer brought from the UK. As you can see it was unseasonably hot at 33 centigrade!!

The villa schedule is just about full through to the middle of October except for 10 days at the start of July and a fortnight from the second of September.

Leaving for the Villas on Tuesday for a week of relaxation and perhaps a little painting at the lovely Villa Santi - and making sure everything is ready for the season.

The games etc were looking a little tired last time we were there so I'll be bringing new items for those long summer evenings, Scrabble, Monopoly, Jenga, 2 new sets of darts and playing cards.

With our second group of the season arriving today and taking both villas, we are now pretty full for the season with the only remaining availability being between July14 and July 27. Do act quickly if you would like to spend any of that time in arguably the nicest villa in the village of Uzumlu, and certainly the one with the finest views over the Uzumlu plain and the mountains beyond!

Hi all, after a slow start, bookings have warmed up a lot! There are however still opportunities for enjoying Villa Santi, and Villa Toshack also if you have a larger party. Villa Toshack can only be rented out in combination with Villa Toshack, the two are on the same walled plot of land and particularly popular with larger friends and family parties of up to 18.

Regarding those opportunities, before 19th June is available; May and June are just wonderful times of the year when the weather is glorious but without the potentially furnace like heat of July and August while, remarkably, the absolute peak season period from 15th July to 19th August is still available for sun lovers. Those dates are not going to be available for long so it would be best not to hesitate!! After that the next possibility is after the 25th September through to the end of October; once again a wonderful time of year.

Shivering? .... now is a great time to think about summer holidays and perhaps luxuriating in the warmth of Summer on the terrace of Villa Santi.

The current guests in Villa Santi were originally booked in for August 2020 and then deferred to 2021 and then until 2022. For the usual reasons of course. The party of six adults and six kids are having a whale of a time and not looking forward to leaving having finally got to enjoy the delights of the villa!!

Our next guests are booked in for 4 weeks which is the longest let we have ever had!

Villa Santi will therefore be available from Saturday 10th September onwards. Mid-September onwards is perhaps the very best time of the year, still sunny but with daily high temperatures only around 30 degrees. Weekly rates are just £500 at that time of year; so please do let me know if you would like to book.

Just back from 2 weeks in Uzumlu, our first family holiday since 2019 and "you know what" striking in February 2020.

Wonderful to be back once again and happy to say that our Agent Rasih has used the time well and everything at Villa Santi is in splendid shape 😁😁😁

One of the highlights of our visit was a boat trip from Fethiye harbour to reacquaint ourselves with the beauty of the coastline and islands as you will see in the videos.

Villa Santi is looking drop dead gorgeous after her spring paint job!

She is fully booked through until 20th September, thankfully including two weeks of our own as a family in July, a pleasure deferred three years already. Can't wait to get back on the terrace, not to mention cooling in the pool after the hot sun!

Dear all, advance bookings for 2022 are very heavy and there is only one two week gap left in the schedule from 4th June until 10th September. That gap is from 16th-30th July, with both days being Saturdays. The attractive rate is £800 per week at that time of year - first come first served!! Contacting me via Whatsapp on 07596 346 216 is best.

Villa Santi also bookable via Trip Advisor for about £920 pw, with the only discernible advantage of the higher rate being that you won't lose anything if I run away with your money! After 14 years of providing happy holiday makers with honesty, good value and service I leave you to judge the value of that extra🤣

with plane tickets and airport pickup in Dalaman already booked we will finally be able to visit our second home in Uzumlu during the upcoming half term holiday😁😁😁 Our faithful agent assures us that it will still be warm though some rain is possible - we don't care, we'll be there!!

Bookings are now open for the Summer 2019 season for which prices have been maintained at 2018 levels.
