I would like to thank you all for your support and say that I'm very happy that you are still by me in difficult times.
The past weeks have been a hard time because I've suffered from a back injury that should put "normal people" to bed for a month - but I'm no puppy dog who lay down easy ;) It's been work as usual with a smile on my face to fight for my bread (Y) I will never lay down - the king is still here ;)

You have to try this lamb shank we prepare in the oven..... The aroma when the bread is opened is just fantastic :D
How we make it also makes the meat tasty and tender ... Mmmm mm!
