Kuşyuvası Snow Hike

Snow continues to fall in the Alanya mountains, and the weather looks sunny for Saturday. We won’t miss this great opportunity and will enjoy a delightful snow hike!

Our hike in the Kuşyuvası area will cover 6-8 km on forest trails, depending on the snow conditions. Surrounded by the mesmerizing beauty of the snow-covered landscape, we will take plenty of photos and spend a fun-filled, adventurous day. Don’t forget that colorful clothing creates a stunning contrast against the snowy scenery!

For a more comfortable experience, we recommend bringing sunglasses, a beanie, gloves, a scarf, spare shoes, and extra socks.

We will have a breakfast stop at a gözleme restaurant in Kuşyuvası in the morning. For lunch, you can bring snacks like sandwiches, nuts, and fruits.

Tazı Canyon Hiking Tour | Legendary Trail

Our trail follows a special route stretching through the valleys, providing an unforgettable experience immersed in nature. As we progress, the mesmerizing beauty of Köprülü Canyon unfolds before us—lush green valleys and hidden paths make the journey even more enjoyable. Additionally, this region was an important passage point during the Ancient Roman era, preserving traces of old migration routes that connect the past to the present.

Hiking Distance: 11 km (Moderate Difficulty)
Alternative: For guests who prefer a shorter walk, it is possible to hike only to Tazı Canyon and return, covering a total of 2 km on foot before completing the tour by vehicle.

Breakfast Stop: A 30-minute breakfast break at Manavgat Akat Simit House.

Parkorman – Kayadibi – Dereköy / Caravan Routes

Nature doesn’t just offer breathtaking views; it also whispers the traces of the past. Today, we embark on a hike following ancient caravan routes from Parkorman to Kayadibi and then to Dereköy.

Some parts of our trail follow old caravan paths that once connected villages, highlands, and vineyards. These stone-paved routes, once traveled by caravans, have now blended with nature but still carry the marks of history, guiding modern-day hikers. Along the way, we will encounter old vineyards and abandoned gardens.

Once one of the most important trade routes linking the southern coast to the Anatolian hinterlands, this historical road served not just for commerce but also for cultural exchange and the safe travel of voyagers. Part of our hiking route follows these historic trails, taking us on a journey back to the Seljuk era.

🌉 Alara Ali Bridge
Located near Alanya, Antalya, this 13th-century Seljuk structure spans the Alara River. Built at a strategic point to ensure the safe passage of caravans, it connected Alanya to Konya and other significant trade routes. With its two grand arches, the bridge is a stunning reflection of elegant Seljuk architecture.
