Terms & Conditions of booking:
A 25% non refundable deposit is payable on booking. Should booking need to be cancelled due to Covid 19 restriction being imposed by your departure country or Turkey then your booking can be changed to an alternative date free of charge. A cooling off period of 14 days is given, if cancelled within the cooling off period for departures within the next 6 months 20% of

the deposit amount will be refunded, for bookings over 6 months in advance a full refund will be given. An additional security deposit of £150 is payable with your final balance, this will be refunded 7 days after your departure upon confirmation from the agent of no damages.

Villa Karya is a wonderful place to stay

Villa Karya was a wonderful villa and perfect for our multigenerational party of 12! Great location for older teens to come and go. The Villa itself was lovely a great layout, spacious plenty of outdoor seating areas all the mod cons that us brits demand these days. The local agents were really helpful on an as needs basis.

Absolutely Fantastic Villa

Well where do I start...so many positive things. Jackie the owner was absolutely fantastic from start to finish and could not do enough for us. She replied (to my many questions ) before we arrived and always came back with an answer within minutes. When we arrived we were taken aback by the gorgeous villa. It is finished to a very high standard and had everything we could have wished for. The location is a perfect 2 minute stroll to supermarket and the start of the strip. Each bedroom was a great size all with en-suite bathrooms. The TV has english channels such as Netflix which was perfect for the children. The swimming pool was one of the best we have ever experienced. It was kept clean daily and the warm, salt water felt like a bath. We have visited Dalyan many times in the past and this is by far the best place we have stayed. So much so that as soon as we returned home we re-booked for next summer. Also need to mention Queen accomodation who manage the property locally. Our flight got cancelled and they assisted us with somewhere to stay for 2 days until we could get a new flight. Jackie the owner also did her best to help us that evening and support where she could. If you book this villa you will not be disappointed. We cannot wait to return next August.

Fabulous Villa Karya

Loved it!! We are a large family group including 7 children aged from 2 to 15. All of the bedrooms are a good size with 2 family rooms, all en-suite. The ground floor is really spacious with a large well appointed kitchen area & comfortable sofas in the living room section. Outside of course we mostly enjoyed the lovely pool. There are lots of areas to sit comfortably in the shade & there's table tennis for the more energetic. It was perfect for our needs , it's in a great location just 3 minutes from a supermarket with bars & restaurants starting just a minute further. We all loved it.

We have been made aware of a new rule in relation to the amount of people permitted to stay in any one villa regardless of size, amount of beds etc. This will now be a maximum of 12 people over the age of 3. There is not a limit on the amount under 3 years of age in addition to the 12 over.

Please be assured that if you have already booked with us we can honour your stay but for all future bookings made after 31st December 2023 the above rule will apply.
