We have been made aware of a new rule in relation to the amount of people permitted to stay in any one villa regardless of size, amount of beds etc. This will now be a maximum of 12 people over the age of 3. There is not a limit on the amount under 3 years of age in addition to the 12 over.

Please be assured that if you have already booked with us we can honour your stay but for all future bookings made after 31st December 2023 the above rule will apply.

PLEASE PLEASE can ALL of our guests not encourage the street cats onto the property and under no circumstances feed them. Not only does this cause a problem for guests with allergies it also reduces the cats chances of survival as they become reliant on the villas for food and in the winter they starve. We have also had them trapped in the villa between guests. Dalyan has a charity that provides food daily for the cats at feeding stations, if you really want to help the cats then a financial or food donation to yhe charity would be your best option.

Lovely review from a lovely guest..

We had the best time! 3 generations and the villa was exactly as portrayed in pictures. Absolutely could not fault in any way, beautifully equipped and spotlessly clean.
A welcome pack was provided which was a lovely surprise and set us up for the next morning after a late arrival. Lights were left on for our arrival too which made all the more welcoming.
We quickly settled in and each discovered our favourite spots. The property is large both inside and out so plenty of space to both all be together or to have a bit of privacy and quiet.
A couple of us were still working while away and the internet signal was good enough for us to do so in the garden. There was also a handy electricity point in the outdoor dining area which was quickly claimed as a prime spot.
We loved the swimming pool and we’re able to make use of this daily as this can be heated out of season.
We also thoroughly enjoyed the kosk and also the table tennis table and darts. A gym is currently being set up so visitors in the summer will be able to indulge guilt free in the delicious Dalyan restaurants located within a stone’s throw of the house.
The property is about a minute’s walk to the supermarket, bars, restaurants and the river.
Both the owner and property manager are super responsive to queries and have a wealth of knowledge about the town and surrounding areas. Nothing is too much trouble and they can provide recommendations for airport transfers, car hire, trips and even private chefs should you fancy eating in rather than out.
Bearing in mind that the house could easily accommodate 2 or even 3 families (there is a cot and day bed in 2 of the rooms and another 2 have single beds) then the cost is extremely reasonable.
We would absolutely return to Karya the next time we are thinking about a larger group holiday and have nothing but extremely fond memories of this holiday, in no small part due to the accommodation and the attention to detail of the owners. It truly is a perfect home from home in the most ideal setting. Thank you very much Jackie for sharing with us. The Finlay’s
