Зимние горы нереально красивые 🗻 Кто хоть раз был в зимнем походе - знает точно)

Но зимний и летний Арарат - это совсем разные вещи и к многим моментам стоит подготовиться заранее.

🔹️ПСИХОЛОГИЧЕСКАЯ ПОДГОТОВКА
Один из важных моментов в подготовке к зимним горам. Ведь с трудной ситуации не всегда можно выйти с помощью хорошей физ. подготовки. Вы должны быть готовы к трудностям, горы щедры на испытания.

Будет холодно? Да!
Будет сложно? Да!
Здесь понадобятся стальные нервы и светлый ум)

A small, provincial town in eastern Turkey, which is located just 25 km southwest of Ararat 🧭 and 35 km from the border with Iran, at an altitude of 2000m.
Dogubayazit has a rich history📜. A little about the history of the name of the city 👇
Before the Ottoman Empire (until about the 14th century), it was called Daroink, later, in honor of the Turkish commander Bayazit Khan, the city was named Bayazit, or Bayazet. And already in 1930 it began to be called Dogubayazit (Eastern Bayazit) 🕌
