Located in Fethiye Taşyaka neighborhood, Villa Sevgi is a detached villa with a private pool. Guests staying in our centrally located villa will be able to go anywhere easily thanks to the central location of the villa and its proximity to the public transportation stop.
Villa Sevgi includes home decoration items, white goods, kitchen tools and utensils, comfortable and wide beds. Our villa, which is 5 minutes away from Ölüdeniz by car, is in triplex structure and has a total accommodation capacity of 6 people. The guests of Villa Sevgi experience a pleasant and free holiday; They can sunbathe in the garden of the villa, swim in the pool, and visit the beaches of Ölüdeniz whenever they want. In short, Villa Sevgi has taken its place among the ideal options for all our guests who set out with a wonderful holiday understanding.
A cleaning fee of 500 TL is required for rentals of less than 7 nights.

1. Bedroom: Teen bedroom; 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, balcony, work desk, bathroom and toilet are for common use.
2. Bedroom: Family bedroom; 1 double bed, wardrobe, balcony air conditioner, bathroom is for common use.
3. Bedroom: Suite Family bedroom; 1 double bed, wardrobe, balcony, nightstand, air conditioner, bathroom.
There are clean bedding sets, spare bedding sets and towel sets in the bedrooms. All bedrooms are air conditioned.
Living Room
Villa Sevgi has 1 large and spacious air-conditioned living room. In the living room, there is a comfortable seating group, LCD TV, DVD Player, satellite receiver, iron and ironing board, table and chairs, sink.
Kitchen
There is a modern American kitchen. In the kitchen, built-in 4-burner stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, washing machine, electric kettle, cutlery and knife set, dinner set for 6 people, pots and pans, water and tea glasses, toaster, microwave oven, built-in oven is located. The kitchen is on the pool floor.
Pool
There is a private swimming pool. The private swimming pool measures 7.5 meters in length, 3-5 meters in width, and 1.5 meters in depth.

Our villa is delivered to the guests in a clean way. Garden & pool maintenance and cleaning is done once a day.
Important Information
Pool and garden maintenance is carried out regularly by the staff once a day. Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the prices. Also, no fee is required. The villa is delivered to you clean. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, rental car, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. There are no hygienic consumption needs (toilet paper, food / beverage, etc.) in the villas. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas. Despite this, there are butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the environment. is likely to be found.
Damage Deposit
Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A deposit of 2000 Turkish Lira is required at the entrance. If there is no problem, the deposit is refunded at the exit of the villa.
