For the adventure hunters out there!

With 540 kms, the Lycian Way is Turkey’s first long distance walking route and one the world’s most famous hiking traiils.

Located around the coast of Lycia in southern Turkey, connecting Fethiye to Antalya, the trail consists mainly of Roman roads, old footpaths and mule trails lying between the coast and mountains, with impressive views of the Mediterranean along the way

Best trekking time in spring or autumn – February to May or September to November.

The best solution to get to your hotel in Cappadocia!

We can arrange airport shuttle transfers for domestic flights to/from Kayseri or Nevsehir airports to/from your hotel located in Goreme, Urgup, Uchisar, Avanos area.

The shuttle transfers operate for all domestic flights departing/landing between 06:00 am and 23:00 pm.

For flights outside of this time or international flights, we can only offer private transfers.

🧘‍♀️ The day starts with a relaxing 1 hour yoga & meditation class (weather depending this may be done in the valley).

☕ After the class, you will be taken to experience a traditional fulfilling village breakfast. Breakfast (kahvaltı) is an important meal and Turks believe that a good breakfast is the most important factor in starting a good day.

🚶‍♀️Then, it is time to burn the calories hiking! You will be guided to enjoy one of Capadocia´s most beautiful valleys: the Red and Rose Valley. This valley gets its name from the rose-colored rock that varies in hue and intensity depending on time of day, season and weather conditions. During the 2-3 hours hike we will visit several cave churches, cave houses and cave tunnels.

🍽️ Lunch time! Choose between the authentic Turkish cuisine in a local restaurant or a special plant based menu

💆‍♀️ Afternoon, one of the best Turkish traditions: the Hamam (Turkish Bath)! Relax enjoying our traditional hamam package including a 30 minutes peeling & soap massage.

🎶 The day ends watching a special mystic Whirling Dervishes ceremony at the ancient caravanserai.

19 Mayıs Atatürk’ü Anma Gençlik ve Spor Bayramımızın Ulusumuza kutlu olsun🇹🇷

The founder of the Turkish Republic, Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, arrived in Samsun on May 19, 1919, to start a popular uprising against the decision of the World War I allies to divide many territories of the defeated Ottoman Empire. Turkey presently accepts the date of Atatürk’s arrival in Samsun as the starting date of the Turkish War of Independence. Following Atatürk’s wish, the Turkish government declared May 19 to be Youth and Sports Day and made it an official holiday in 1938. The day received its present name, the “Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day”, in 1981, which became the 100th anniversary of Atatürk’s birth.

The Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day in Turkey features state ceremonies and sports events throughout the country on May 19 each year. Young Turkish athletes carry the Turkish flag from a Black Sea port to the country’s capital to commemorate Turkey’s War of Independence (1919–1923).

Exploring ancient sites around Izmir!

Turkey is home to uncountable ancient sites and some of the most incredible and well-preserved ones are located within a few kilometers from Izmir, the country’s third largest city and one of its main airports.

Here’s a list of places you should not miss in the area:

1. Ephesus - one of Turkey´s most famous landmarks, Ephesus is the best-preserved classical city on the Mediterranean. It was considered the most important Greek city and a true marvel, for its great historical, cultural, and architectural significance.

2. Priene - The ruins of Priene are considered the most spectacular example of an almost entirely preserved ancient Greek city. The most important building, which can be seen during a visit, is the temple of the goddess Athena Polias.

3. Miletus - Where you can visit the ruins of a gigantic 25,000-seat theater, one of the most impressive theater structures in the area. Don´t miss out on the Miletos Museum.

4. Didyma - Once a sanctuary, renowned for its oracle of Apollo, and home to a temple famous throughout the ancient world. Didyma’s masterpiece, the temple of Apolo is one of the largest ancient temples ever built and is in a wonderful state of preservation.

5. Temple of Artemis - one of the Seven Wonders of the ancient world, the Temple of Artemis was a huge place of worship. It was destroyed and nowadays you can visit the ruins of a foundation column.

6. Sirince - The mountainous village of Sirince was formed when people were fleeing Ephesus. It was first named Cirkince, which translated into ugly in an attempt to keep outsiders away from the village. The name was later changed to Sirince, which means pretty. The village is known for wine production and greek style houses.
