It is more than easy to start an account in any Turkish bank and transfer your fund to it or, open an account in a Turkish correspondent bank in your country what will enable you to deposit, withdraw and conduct all banking transactions as if you are in your own country.

Q8: Can you give an average estimation for property prices in Turkey along with payment method?
Because each region, city or district has its own rates determined by given geographic, economic, cultural…etc. factors it is difficult to set an accurate average. If someone offered you an apartment for USD 80,000 this will raise the question of location, area, amenities, transportation…etc. because of this we do not prefer such estimates unless for specified location and details. Regarding payment method you can pay the complete amount of the transaction or a down payment, not less than 25%, with a time limited installment whatever the two parties agree upon.

If you can finish the procedures of buying and title deed transfer during your visa validity time you don’t need a residence permit. After completing the whole transaction you will be eligible for a one year renewable residence permit.

There is no sharply fixed period for the completion of the transaction but, if all the required personal, legal and financial documents are provided and all official procedures completed properly it will take around four days to finish the transaction and more or less than a month to get the approval of security authorities and make the title deed transfer.
