Hulusi Bulduk is the owner or shareholder. After many years of experience and success in machinery business as the Regional Director of Elumatec GmbH & Co. in Turkey, Mr. Hulusi Bulduk established Elumatec Machinery Construction Contractor and Transportation Co. in 2007 and started operations in the construction sector. In the meantime, he has become partners with Murat Machinery, the pioneer and
leading company in Turkey for manufacturing uPVC and aluminum profile processing machinery; eventually in 2009 he became the main shareholder of it. In addition to machinery and construction businesses, with his entrepreneur spirit and making use of his good and intimate relationships with foreign businessmen both in Europe and the Middle East, Mr. Bulduk has either founded or got involved in several successful companies from different sectors including aviation services, plastic accessories, textile, investment consultancy, testing and certification services for building components, and foreign trade. In 2010, aiming to establish and sustain synergy in means of administration, all these companies are gathered under the umbrella of HB Global.
