I booked a week through Turkey and Ozgur took care of everything. He is responsive via WhatsApp and made a point to call the tour guides I was with each day to check on me. The little things also stood out like making sure I had an exit row in the domestic flights with extra legroom (even though I never asked for this). Each city tour was professional and knowledgeable. If you are going to Turkey, book with City of Sultans. They will take care of you.

"We did the city tour of Cappadocia with Deniz and had the best day ever. He was incredibly knowledgeable, telling us about anything and everything he possibly could (and yet always asking if we wanted to know about xyz or if we didn’t care otherwise...always good to have the option!). I don’t know anything about religion and when we were at the Goreme open museum, he told a story using the billboard display of paintings in the churches so well and easy to understand. He took us to an incredible restaurant for one of the most delicious meals we’ve had in Cappadocia. Took us to a place where we bought our first Turkish rug that we got shipped back to Dubai to not have to carry around. We visited a stone/gem place (Onyx?? Zultanite), and a pottery house. Deniz was so incredibly informative, kind, and helped fill in the knowledge gaps for things we were curious about around Cappadocia - couldn't recommend him enough, he made our trip to Cappadocia all the more memorable. We were grateful that the company upgraded us to a VIP tour as we were the only English speaking (rest were Russian), and due to our hot air balloon tour being cancelled 3 times (due to weather). So lucky to have been in Cappadocia 3 full nights, and to catch the hot air balloon flight on our final day, prior to our midday flight. The hot air balloon was phenomenal, something to not be missed. We actually got engaged in the middle of the flight, so it's not something I will ever forget. Cappadocia is gorgeous, full of so much history and astonishing sights...a place I would undoubtedly love to revisit sometime again in our future. Thank you kindly for the phenomenal tour City of Sultan Day Tours :) I've already sent 2 of my clients from Dubai your way!"

"I had an amazing 9 day tour of Turkey with Ozgur and City of Sultans. From arrival to departure, everything was handled seamlessly. I am normally one to plan my own trips, but due to last minute changes I decided to try a tour company. I am so glad I did. I was able to explore three large regions of Turkey and have zero worries about arranging transportation, hotel, or tour guides. Ozgur took care of everything and was open to communication via whatsapp at anytime. If I had any issues, he was very quick to remedy it, and also helped me arrange covid-19 test prior to departure. I am so thankful for this company for allowing me to have a pleasant, once in a lifetime trip to Turkey. I cannot recommend this company more highly"

"Took this private tour with my mother; Unal was the perfect guide. He was patient and accommodating to our different interests and offered a lot of insight into life in Turkey beyond the shopping. He took us to a number of stores, and also into the Grand Bazaar; he had good relationships with the vendors but we were pleased there was low pressure to buy. We felt a lot more confident in dealing with negotiations and understanding quality with him there."

"This tour is really great. Our tour guide give an excellent service, she will answer everything without hesitation. All the tourist attraction are nearby its very easy for us to do walking and at the same we have more time to ask our tour guide regarding the tour and other attraction
around Istanbul. It was an interesting tour, it gives us additional knowledge whats the Istanbul history all about."
