For when you want to be more active there is a Gym Area accessed via some steps near the pool with equipment running machine, bike, weights etc. and when you are up for a challenge you may wish to challenge your fellow guests to a game of table tennis Sun terrace and pools

Our guests love the beautiful and expansive sun terrace that offers panoramic views across Kalkan. It offers plenty of seating and lounging furniture and a large marble patio dining table and chairs under a shaded canopy for long leisurely lunches or evening meals If you want to seek shade at different times of the day, the seating, the shaded areas and the mobile canopies mean that you can always find shade to relax and appreciate the views or read regardless of the time of the day The large infinity pool has a graduated depth from 0.30 m to 1.5m allows you to soak in the panoramic views across to Mouse and Snake Island and many a guest has commented that they loved watching the boats come and go For your convenience, the sun terrace also provides a fresh water pool shower, a large BBQ for guest use (or for a chef to use if you wish to arrange this) plus plenty of mature plants in the gardens to side and rear

Ground floor living accommodation

Villa Falcon Exclusive provides you with an airy generously sized lounge, kitchen and dining area is open-plan for modern spacious living with full-width panoramic windows opening onto the expansive sun terrace and pool area... Lounge - the lounge is decorated in light colours and is furnished with contemporary modern furniture including a huge cream coloured l-shaped sofa and arm chairs accented with mulberry cushions providing amble seating for all your guests to congregate and chat and plan your holiday activity or to watch satellite TV, watch a movie on the DVD. The lounge also provides iPhone docking stations for charging phones throughout the day Kitchen – the open plan kitchen is incredibly spacious and generously stocked with everything you need to prepare food or of course can provide a great professional cooking space if you are using a chef or caterers for a dining event or to cook your group a BBQ Dining - the inside dining area accommodates an expansive high quality white dining table with luxurious white chairs to seat all your guests Ground Floor WC/Utility room - for convenience of guests a separate wc and utility room with washing machine

First floor accommodation The first floor provides generous bedroom and ensuite facilities and comprises of two double bedrooms and one twin room – as you walk into the bedrooms the patio doors and full width balcony draw you across the room to take in the amazing views of Kalkan and the bay. In additional, each room benefits from a huge wardrobe with ample storage space and a sofa that converts into quality additional sleeping accommodation. The ensuite bathrooms within these rooms have windows with blinds into the bedrooms which means that you can benefit from showering whilst watching the view or close the blinds as you choose. The second floor of the villa once again provides fabulously spacious bedroom and ensuite facilities and as per the first floor comprises of two double bedrooms and one twin room – the second floor rooms follow a similar format which means all guests have the same view with patio doors and full width balcony to be able to take in the amazing views of Kalkan and the bay from all angles of the rooms They are decorated in a contemporary style with light cream and wooden furniture with lovely light cream curtains and all the trappings of luxury Turkish linen and lots of fluffy towels Two large double bedrooms - each of large double bedrooms on the second floor mirror those on the first floor with a comfortable king size bed, fresh white linen and accented with pale turquoise and grey throws and accessories. Each room has a large wardrobe with provide you with plenty of storage space and a sofa that converts into quality additional sleeping accommodation

Your penthouse/master bedroom suite has the wow factor with its private balcony on three sides of the villa – this offers you a fabulous outdoor private space and furniture for relaxing and taking in the beautiful views of the bay, across Kalkan and the Ta**us mountains – you will feel on top of the world! The terrace, the unrivalled views and this bedrooms contemporary décor along with the comfortable king-size bed, your ensuite shower room and luxury linens is sure to make this a relaxing haven on your holiday
