As 2024 draws to a close, we want to take a moment to thank all who stayed with us or came to Kalkan. You contribute to make Kalkan such a nice holiday place.

Melbourne is number 1 in the world for great street art. And Brunswick is one of the best areas in Melbourne to find good street art. Sunshine Lane in particular has a lot of quality murals.
The other great place to see street art is Valparaiso in Chile. We think Valparaiso should get more credit for its street art.

Spectacular, an unforgettable experience.
Enchanted by the breathtaking landscape, the vast azure blue water that rolls in high waves against the majestic sandstone formations and the rugged coastline. Fantastic to have experienced this.

We worked hard these past weeks to make the villa ready for next summer. The cutting of our lush garden is a huge job. Thank you Muhammet and team. Your boys are amazing. It looks dangerous, but they are very careful we noticed.

Already 19 weeks booked, but still some nice weeks left for your holiday.

Winter in Kalkan has begun. With biblical rains, some Spicy cocktails and a fantastic Indian buffet with many friends at the fully booked Kitchen restaurant. Laughter, wamth and cosiness.

The cocktails of the award winning mixologist Hatip were amazing!

Love Patara beach....and I like a picnic at the place where the forest turns into the dunes....

It is pleasantly busy these days here. Is it because of the high entry fee to the beach via the normal road?

The season Sundreamvillas Bella has come to an end. We are very grateful to all our guests. You came and enjoyed our villa in big numbers. Almost 27 weeks of rental makes us feel humble. We hope and wish that the whole of Kalkan had a good year. Even though the start was bumpy for many for various reasons.

Wishing everyone, guests, villa owners and other entrepeneurs, a well deserved break. And for those whose work now starts in construction etc., please keep Kalkan clean and quiet. Go to bed early!
