🍋 Hello and good evening everyone, welcome to our page here at Apartment Limon Kalkan, (Rental Licence 07-5726), and the first of our regular posts in 2025.

With the start of a brand new year upon us and a fabulous 2025 season to look forward to, life at Apartment Limon Kalkan couldn't be better as it continues to go from strength to strength. With the help and support of our in-resort management team, Kalkan Property Management, we are extremely excited as we just can't wait to welcome yet more guests through our doors for yet another incredible season.

Deciding to rent out our superb 3 bed apartment has been one of our best decisions ever with guests starting off as stranger's and ending up as friends, being one of the most satisfying plus points. Our aim is to ensure your holiday runs as smoothly as possible right from the point of you making your reservation right through to your return home and that's why we, at Limon, love what we do. We won't accept anything less than we would expect ourselves.

🍋 Immaculate, modern, spacious accommodation with superb fixtures and fittings and excellent Wifi throughout, almost a villa but not quite, offering exceptionally competitive rates starting from £800 per week accommodating 2-6 people
🍋 Three extremely spacious bedrooms, sleeping up to 6 people, (2 is ok), 1 king, 1 double & 1 twin size, (which can be made up as a double if preferred), with 4 bathrooms, (2 en-suite, 1 adjacent to the twin bedroom, and 1 cloakroom on the first floor). Comfortable beds dressed in crisp, white linen laden with fluffy, White towels ready for your arrival. All towels are provided, including beach towels, for use during your stay
🍋 All bedrooms have ample storage space, dressing tables, hair dryers etc.
🍋 First floor living area with open plan kitchen/diner; with Smart tv and front wrap-around balcony with spectacular sea views. A beautiful spot to chill with a sundowner and relax
🍋 Air conditioning throughout and travertine flooring to help keep you cool. The air conditioning system also throws out warm air on those not too warm nights depending on the time of year
🍋 All bedrooms are located on the ground floor and each have their own direct access to beautifully kept gardens, (thanks to Firat - our outdoor maintenance man who you may see early morning tending to the pool; sweeping/washing everywhere down as well as looking after the gardens), offering a splash of colour throughout the year and outside dining areas of which there are two
🍋 Stunning infinity pool shared with just three apartments on what is a very quiet complex and more often than not you may find you have it all to yourself
🍋 Peaceful location just a short 7-10 minute stroll into the centre of town, (1 road and 1 footbridge), and a 2 minute taxi ride back costing 170TL - (as was the case in October 24)
🍋 Assistance of our in - resort management team should you require it
🍋 Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need
🍋 Private parking should you hire a car situated right outside the entrance gate to Limon
🍋 A complimentary welcome grocery pack which will include water, will be in situ on your arrival and the water cooler will be switched on to ensure you to have the best start following your long journey and offer you some respite until those all-important groceries can be ordered or bought the next day. 🍋 Kiziltas is beautiful ❤️ It spreads itself across the lower slopes of the Ta**us mountains. Its meandering streets are dotted with an array of villa's, apartments and hotels all with the most spectacular views, Limon being no exception. From Limon's wrap-around balcony and garden poolside terrace you can watch the boats coming & going taking passengers out for the day or water taxis ferrying holiday-makers to various beach clubs and alternative destinations from the harbour. You can see jet skiers; paragliders and water skiers by day. At night, as the clear night sky hovers overhead, you can admire the spectacular Kalkan all lit up & glistening on star lit balmy evenings

🍋 Merry Twixmas everyone from Apartment Limon Kalkan , we hope you are all well and are now a little rested following all the recent festivities. It's been a rather full-on December calendar for us too, full of conversation whilst indulging in a few Christmas infused lattes, lots of Christmas Turkey and of course, attending a carol service or two, as we met with friends and family far and wide. With us all full of Christmas cheer, we shared gifts and organised those, "we simply must meet-up again", moments as we checked our diaries and arranged dates for the New Year. There's no better way to start a new year, than having something to look forward to is there? Quality time spent with closest family and friends are simply the best don't you think, creating memorable moments shared never to be forgotten?

🍋 Hello, gunaydin and welcome everyone to Apartment Limon Kalkan . We hope you're good on what is a fresh, Saturday, November morning in our neck of the woods and it's the last day of November 2024! Can you believe it! Where has this year gone!? With just under 4 weeks remaining before the big day, it's full steam ahead as everyone is getting exited and pulling out all the stops to make it a good one.

🍋 Amazed by the ever-increasing number of likes and followers our page regularly receives, it really is encouraging for us as Limon continues to grow in the popularity stakes however, with many of you yet to book your break in the Kalkan sunshine, we do currently have a few dates remaining - see below.

🍋 In the meantime, in Kalkan, life continues, not quite as we remember it during the main season but non-the-less, it's a wonderland time of the year there as the people and places many of us have become accustomed to, continue to move forward with the seasons in their own imitable way. Some take a short, well-earned break to recharge their batteries in readiness for the new season and some remain open with their log burning stoves burning brightly keeping their visitors warm and still offering good food and excellent service as many businesses continue to extend the winter warmth of Kalkan to those who are lucky enough to enjoy all that Kalkan has to offer even at this time of the year. Whether it be enjoying the company; drink the wine; partake of the excellent food; attend the annual Christmas fairs; purchase the wonderful home cooked food, delicacies and gifts and Christmas decorations on offer and so much more, spending a late break in Kalkan enables you to simply enjoy a different kind of Kalkan. 🍋 Apartment Limon Kalkan - Rental Licence Application Approved Reference Number 07-5726

🍋 Hello everyone from Apartment Limon Kalkan, we hope you have all had an excellent weekend.

🍋 In our house, we never feel better than when we have booked our flights for next year's holidays at our much loved Apartment Limon Kalkan and yesterday was the day we did just that, and with significant discounts available due to black friday offers, there was never going to be a better time to book! Yes, we know Christmas is just around the corner, but there's nothing like booking holidays is there, however far in advance they may be, and knowing you have something to look forward to. Even more importantly, especially when it's Kalkan and, with so many of you having already chosen Limon for your stay too next year, we are looking forward to the brand new season ahead already. A few little changes, ( you know what they say, a change is as good as a rest), and we're also working on a brand new information book which will be in situ to help you get started with all the information you could possibly need.

🍋 We have our Kalkan based management team who are on hand should you require their assistance during your stay which is always nice to know and you will have the opportunity to meet a member of the team shortly after your arrival at Limon should you have any questions.

🍋 The pool explained - Our stunning 10m x 5m infinity pool is shared with just three other apartments on what is a beautiful, peaceful, private complex. All apartments have their own sunbeds and umbrellas for the private use of their own guests. Please remember, it is possible for some of the apartments to be vacant during the time of your stay and you may find you have the pool and pool area all to yourselves as we have found on many occasions. Alternatively, if any of them are occupied, not all guests use the pool at the same time due to other plans such as boat trips; excursions; shopping days etc and in our experience, even when there are other guests around the pool, your privacy is still respected but after all, isn't it good to talk anyway?

🍋 FYI:- Our courtesy welcome pack consists of a few groceries such as tea, coffee, butter, fresh bread, jam, fruit juice and milk which will all be in situ on arrival as will a full bottle of water set up for you on the water cooler, all good to go. We also provide you with toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, kitchen cleaning cloths and a tea towel. All of our extremely comfortable beds will be made up for your arrival with freshly laundered, white, cotton bed linen and piques. Towels and beach towels are also provided so no need to pack these and take up valuable space in your case. Oh, that goes for hairdryers too, not needed folks as each bedroom has its own.

🍋 Happy Monday and Gunaydin to all from Apartment Limon Kalkan , we hope you're good.

🍋 You could be forgiven for thinking the season is all but over in Kalkan for yet another year, but you know something, the summer season, May to October, may be over but there is still a lot going on in this beautiful place we call our second home.
Have you considered an out-of-season break in Kalkan, no? Well here's a little something for you to think about......

THE PLUS POINTS

* Kalkan is still enjoying lots of sunshine and warm temperatures

* Many shops are still open

* There are many restaurants who remain open providing food, drinks and all offering that relaxing ambience we have all come to love and enjoy, with a number of them already advertising their forthcoming events and their Christmas and New Year Menus, a time of year recommended by many during which, to be in Kalkan.

* Temperatures may be somewhat cooler but with lots of indoor dining opportunities, log burners a plenty and outdoor heaters all fired up making the atmosphere even more cosier, don't you just want to be there already?

* What of flight's? With EasyJet releasing yet more flight's tomorrow for 2025, you should be able to make a few comparisons and see what's on offer. Airport transfers are also available.

THINGS TO REMEMBER

* Choose your accommodation wisely and avoid any building works

* beach clubs will be closed and pools emptied, (unless heated of course), but do you really need these when there is so much out there to enjoy? Just saying .....😉
