π Hello and good evening everyone, welcome to our page here at Apartment Limon Kalkan, (Rental Licence 07-5726), and the first of our regular posts in 2025.
With the start of a brand new year upon us and a fabulous 2025 season to look forward to, life at Apartment Limon Kalkan couldn't be better as it continues to go from strength to strength. With the help and support of our in-resort management team, Kalkan Property Management, we are extremely excited as we just can't wait to welcome yet more guests through our doors for yet another incredible season.
Deciding to rent out our superb 3 bed apartment has been one of our best decisions ever with guests starting off as stranger's and ending up as friends, being one of the most satisfying plus points. Our aim is to ensure your holiday runs as smoothly as possible right from the point of you making your reservation right through to your return home and that's why we, at Limon, love what we do. We won't accept anything less than we would expect ourselves.
πSo for now, without further ado, it's time to crank thing's up a gear and now that it has arrived, get 2025 underway and, with your help, make it yet another corker of a year for us all.

For those of you who have yet to pay a visit to Apartment Limon, we feel you will find the following information extremely useful :-
π LIMON APARTMENT -PROPERTY OVERVIEW π
π Immaculate, modern, spacious accommodation with superb fixtures and fittings and excellent Wifi throughout, almost a villa but not quite, offering exceptionally competitive rates starting from Β£800 per week accommodating 2-6 people
π Three extremely spacious bedrooms, sleeping up to 6 people, (2 is ok), 1 king, 1 double & 1 twin size, (which can be made up as a double if preferred), with 4 bathrooms, (2 en-suite, 1 adjacent to the twin bedroom, and 1 cloakroom on the first floor). Comfortable beds dressed in crisp, white linen laden with fluffy, White towels ready for your arrival. All towels are provided, including beach towels, for use during your stay
π All bedrooms have ample storage space, dressing tables, hair dryers etc.
π First floor living area with open plan kitchen/diner; with Smart tv and front wrap-around balcony with spectacular sea views. A beautiful spot to chill with a sundowner and relax
π Air conditioning throughout and travertine flooring to help keep you cool. The air conditioning system also throws out warm air on those not too warm nights depending on the time of year
π All bedrooms are located on the ground floor and each have their own direct access to beautifully kept gardens, (thanks to Firat - our outdoor maintenance man who you may see early morning tending to the pool; sweeping/washing everywhere down as well as looking after the gardens), offering a splash of colour throughout the year and outside dining areas of which there are two
π Stunning infinity pool shared with just three apartments on what is a very quiet complex and more often than not you may find you have it all to yourself
π Peaceful location just a short 7-10 minute stroll into the centre of town, (1 road and 1 footbridge), and a 2 minute taxi ride back costing 170TL - (as was the case in October 24)
π Assistance of our in - resort management team should you require it
π Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need
π Private parking should you hire a car situated right outside the entrance gate to Limon
π A complimentary welcome grocery pack which will include water, will be in situ on your arrival and the water cooler will be switched on to ensure you to have the best start following your long journey and offer you some respite until those all-important groceries can be ordered or bought the next day. (Please note, just WhatsApp our management company as and when you require more water and it will be delivered to your door). π
π Airport transfers can be arranged for you upon request should you require it
π Late departures accommodated for guests staying at Limon when possible
LOCATION
π Kiziltas is beautiful β€οΈ It spreads itself across the lower slopes of the Ta**us mountains. Its meandering streets are dotted with an array of villa's, apartments and hotels all with the most spectacular views, Limon being no exception. From Limon's wrap-around balcony and garden poolside terrace you can watch the boats coming & going taking passengers out for the day or water taxis ferrying holiday-makers to various beach clubs and alternative destinations from the harbour. You can see jet skiers; paragliders and water skiers by day. At night, as the clear night sky hovers overhead, you can admire the spectacular Kalkan all lit up & glistening on star lit balmy evenings
π Kiziltas is afforded a very light breeze which is quite comforting during the day and helps you cope with the intensity of the heat of the dazzling sun π with Limon being south facing π consequently getting all day sunshine and enjoying the last of the sun with the most spectacular, beautiful late sunsets. Limon's location is simply idyllic, situated in a residential area surrounded by beautiful apartments and villas all within a 7-10 minute walk of the centre of Kalkan Old Town, with all its amenities at your fingertips.
