Rıhtımın arka kısmındaki patika Rodos Şövalyeleri Kalesine çıkar.Kaleden kalanlar:köşeli bir kulenin parçası olan düz bir duvar;Doğu köşesindeki yuvarlak bir kulenin kalıntıları;ve denize doğru olan yerde en eski kaleye ait başka bir yuvarlak kule.Taşa kazınmış Dorik bir yazıt Klasik Çagdaki bir kalenin varlığına tanıklık ediyor.Kulenin içinde ise yere kazılarak yapılmış bir sarnıç var.Kale, kasabanın ve Kaş kasabası ile birlikte Anadolu kıyılarının güzel bir panaromasını gözler önüne seriyor.
The Castle has Greek origin (see above, history section www.meisexpress.com): its plan is rectangular and measures 60 x 80 m. In its interior stand an ancient tower, built with square limestone blocks, and large water cisterns. Carved on the base of the castle there is also a Doric inscription, dating back to the fourth or third century B.C., where it is summoned Megiste (the ancient name of Kastelorizo) and its dependence from Rhodes.

Covid-19 Travel Rules
Dear Traveller,

Persons who will travel to Greece from Turkey are expected to provide the following conditions announced by the Greek authorities.

Before the trip, the Passenger Locator Form (PLF- Passenger Identification Form) must be filled on the website https://travel.gov.gr Sign up to the site at first.Click here for the form. (The form must be filled in correctly, especially the date of entry to Greece and the information about the border gate. All passengers travelling in the direction of Turkey-Greek Islands, without exception, must have the printouts of their forms)

In PLF form, Ferry Line Name “Meis Express”
In PLF form, Ferry Ship Name “Kastellorizo”
In PLF form, for those who want to travel to Meis Island, the entrance gate to the country “Rhodos Port” will be selected.
In PLF form, you can write the number you want on the seat number section.

All travellers entering the country including children over 5 years old must provide the one of the following 3 conditions; Vaccination Certificate OR PCR Test Result (within 72 hours) OR Rapid Antigen Test Result (within 24 hours)

The printout of EU compliant vaccination certificate that verifying at least 2 doses of vaccine have been taken (at least 2 doses of vaccine are required, at least 14 days must have passed since the last dose and should not exceed nine(9) months from the date of the last dose. There is no time limit for those who have the booster dose in other words, the 3rd vaccination) OR,
The printout of the disease certificate obtained as a result of PCR or Rapid Antigen Test ( Certificate of recovery issued 14 days after the day of the first positive Covid-19 test and valid for 180 days thereafter) OR,
The printout of the certificate of negative test result PCR performed up to 72 hours before the scheduled arrival or negative Rapid Antigen Test result performed up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival.

Reminding:
All travellers arriving in Greece, regardless of the certificate in their possession, may be subject to random obligatory PCR or Rapid Antigen Test for Covid- 19. Also, Greece imposes a fine of 500 € to the passenger who violates the above- mentioned points.

Beginning July 1, 2020, the Greek government has determined how the country will welcome travellers, carry out the necessary diagnostic screening and keep everyone safe throughout the season.

Türkiye’den Yunanistan’a seyahat edecek kişilerin, Yunanistan’a girişle ilgili Yunan makamlarınca açıklanan aşağıda belirtilen koşulları sağlamaları beklenmektedir.

I- Seyahat öncesinde https://travel.gov.gr/ internet sitesi üzerinden Passenger Locator Form (PLF-Yolcu Tespit Formu) doldurulmak zorundadır.Önce siteye üye olunuz.Form için buraya tıklayınız. (Yunanistan’a giriş yapılacak tarih ile hudut kapısına ilişkin bilgiler başta olmak üzere formun doğru şekilde doldurulması gerekmekte olup, Türkiye – Yunan Adaları yönünde seyahat edecek istisnasız tüm yolcuların formlarının ÇIKTILARINI elinde bulundurması gerekmektedir.)

*PLF formunda, Meis Adasına seyahat etmek isteyenler için ülkeye giriş kapısı ‘’Rhodos Port ‘’ seçilecek.

II- Yunanistan’a girişte beş (5) yaş üzerindeki tüm yolcuların aşağıdaki 3 şarttan birisini bulundurması gerekmektedir; AB Uyumlu Aşı Sertifikası VEYA PCR Test Sonucu ( 72 saat içinde) VEYA Hızlı Antijen Testi Sonucu ( 24 saat içinde )
a. En az iki doz aşı olduğunu belgeleyen AB uyumlu aşı sertifikası ÇIKTISI (en az 2 doz aşı yaptırması gerekiyor, son dozun üzerinden en az 14 gün geçmiş olmalıdır ve son dozun yaptırıldığı tarihten itibaren dokuz (9) aya geçmemelidir. Hatırlatma dozu yani 3. Aşılarını yaptıranların süre kısıtlaması yoktur.) veya,
b. PCR veya hızlı antijen testi sonucunda alınan hastalık sertifikası ÇIKTISI (Sertifikalar ilk pozitif test sonucundan 14 gün sonra düzenlenmelidir ve o tarihten itibaren 180 gün geçerlidir) veya,
c. Yunanistan’a girişten önce son yetmişiki(72) saatiçinde yaptırılmış negatif PCR ya da son yirmi dört (24) saat içinde yaptırılmış negatif hızlı antijen test sonucu ÇIKTISI ibraz etmesi gereklidir.
Hatırlatma:
Ayrıca, Yunanistan’a seyahat edecek kişiler sağlık algoritması çerçevesinde ve örnekleme temelinde, ülkeye girişlerinde PCR veya hızlı antijen testi (rapid test) kontrolüne tabi tutulabilecektir. Yunanistan, yukarıda belirtilen hususlara aykırı yolcuya 500€ ceza kesmektedir.
