Dear our British customers π¬π§ As of 13 October 2021, Turkish banks will no longer accept the old style paper Β£20 and Β£50 sterling banknotes. Some exchange booths may still accept these banknotes, but there is no guarantee and you may be charged an extra commission. Therefore we are unable to accept the old style paper notes as payment for your transfers as we are unable to deposit them in to our bank or exchange them. Please do not be offended when the old notes are refused as this situation is out of our hands. Our new female airport representative GΓΌlnur and some of our drivers greeting our customers this weekend πββοΈππ»ββοΈππ½ββοΈππ»ββοΈππΌββοΈππΌββοΈ Our team always try to make sure they are clearly visible near to the exit doors, look out for our black / white 'DM' sign boards as you exit the arrivals terminal building ππ§Ώ
Direct flights from Europe to Dalaman have resumed finally π₯³ Our customers today arrived direct from Zurich π¨π (Turkish Airlines are already flying direct from London Gatwick to Dalaman several times a week, and the UK charter flights are set to resume very soon). We are ready and awaiting your arrival ππ»ββοΈ.
Unfortunately there are still COVID19 restrictions in place in Turkey, we kindly ask all passengers to wear masks before approaching our airport staff and drivers, try to have the correct money to avoid prolonged contact with our drivers, and to practise good hand hygiene whilst in the vehicle.
β« According to Turkish law masks must be worn by both the driver and passengers at all times π·
β« Our vehicles will be disinfected after each transfer ready for the next passengers π§Όπ§½ and hand sanitiser will be provided to you by the driver π§΄

If you do not contact us we will cancel your transfer reservation on the presumption that you are no longer able to travel.
