We are extremely saddened by the news that Thomas Cook has ceased trading this morning π We send our best wishes to our customers, friends, TC employees, and local businesses affected.
π¬ If you have yet to travel to Turkey and plan to re-book your flights with a different airline and you still require your transfers with us we can rearrange them for you, please contact us to let us know your new flight itinerary. If you do not contact us we will cancel your transfer reservation on the presumption that you are no longer able to travel.
π« If you are currently in Turkey and have a return transfer booked with us please let us know your new departure flight details when they have been confirmed for you on the website link attached (if your new flight details are not yet on the website, please keep checking for updates) and we will rearrange your departure transfer.

βͺοΈ''Thomas Cook customers in the UK yet to travel should not go to the airport as all flights leaving the UK have been cancelled''.
βͺοΈThe Civil Aviation Authority has launched a special website, thomascook.caa.co.uk, where affected customers can find details and information on repatriation flights, as well as advice on accommodation for both ATOL and non-ATOL customers.
βͺοΈDue to the significant scale of the situation, some disruption is inevitable, but the Civil Aviation Authority will endeavour to get people home as close as possible to their planned dates. This will apply to both ATOL protected passengers and those who are not protected.
βͺοΈCustomers currently overseas should not travel to the airport until their flight back to the UK has been confirmed on the dedicated website.
