It is 5 mins drive to the sea and the restaurants that serve a range of delicious food. The house has a 4m x 8m private swimming pool, 4 bedrooms with air-conditioning, living room, separate kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a big veranda and a balcony, all with beautiful views. There is an outside dining area with a barbecue, overlooking the pool and sea, furnished with a dining table, chairs, a hammock and

a swing chair. This is an ideal place to enjoy the cool shade of the big trees in the hammock or enjoy a family BBQ at night. The living room has a fireplace and a sofa bed which can be converted to a double bed. The bedrooms are big, airy and very comfortable, with 3 double and 2 single beds. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens to a big veranda furnished with a table and comfortable chairs. Please note the pool is open from June till October.
