The villa has its own large private pool and large private garden. Both the swimming pool and the garden are daily maintained and treated. Cleaning and change of bed linens & towels are not included but can be organized mid holiday if required, please request this at time of booking. Dalaman Airport is 60km, 50 minutes drive and return transfers can be organized at additional cost. The nearest beach is Oludeniz Beach, The Blue Lagoon approx 3.5km, 5 minutes drive away. There are numerous restaurants in Ovacik which are approximately 10 minutes walk but for a more lively atmosphere the centre of Hisarounu has plenty to offer for everyone young and old with plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping. This is approx 15-20 minutes walk. Fethiye is the main harbour and the main attraction is The Fish Market which is famous for buying your fish and they will cook for you at a minimal cost per person. It is approx 8 minutes per car and maybe 15 minutes by public transport. Supermarket available about 7-8 minutes walk from the vailla. Public Transport Options
Approx 15 seconds walk from the villa is a Large green button marked with a yellow plaque with a stop no. Pressing this will call a taxi and the driver will give you details of the loation no for return. Taxi to centre of Hisaronu is approximately £2.50 each way. Minibuses (Dolmus) between to all directions pass through the main road at 500 metres from the villas. Area Information
Fethiye, the main town, has got two main tourist resorts; Calis Beach area and Oludeniz area (covering also Hisaronu and Ovacik). The Fethiye area is ideal for an excellent family holiday . With its real turquoise colour sea, Oludeniz has the most beautiful beach in Turkey and the 4th most beautiful beach in the world. It is in the same time one of the most popular paragliding centres in the world, where air games are organized every year. As Oludeniz beach area not surprisingly highly protected, it is not allowed to build houses closer than 3 kilometres to the beach. That is how the residential area of Oludeniz; Ovacik with its lively centre Hisaronu came up and became very popular for the last 10 years. Tours and Activities

The simple procedure for booking is as follows:
Enquire for availability of date required. If this is available a provisional booking will be made for you. This will be held for 7 days pending receipt of deposit.
30% Non refundable deposit is required to secure booking. We will confirm your booking and send a receipt for deposit paid. The balance of the rental cost must be paid 7 days before arrival into our bank account. All payments can be made by bank transfer or debit / credit card. (Credit card will incur 2.5% charge)
Breakage deposit equivalent to 200 GBP is charged from the guests on arrival and refunded upon the satisfactory property inspection before departure
Check In/ Out Details
Check in time will be 3pm and check out time 11am. We will be flexible if no other bookings have been made within 36 hours of your departure. You will be met at the villa by our Representative who will give you all details about the area and the villa, including how to work air conditioning. This person will also take your breakage deposit and refund it again upon checking the villa on your departure. Rates
