A fantastic villa available for holiday rentals. Villa Mavi Deniz is a stylish, modern and recently renovated holiday villa located in Ovacik close to the Turquoise Coast of southwestern Turkey. The villa is under a 10-minute walk from its neighbouring resort Hisaronu and just a 5 minuet bus journey to the bustling and popular beach resort of Oludeniz, both of which sport an amazing array of restaurants and bars and plenty of nightlife.

The villa, itself is gated and very private with off-street parking for extra security. Inside boasts three floors of a kitchen/diner and living space, 3 en-suites, 1 toilet and three large bedrooms with a pool, whirlpool bath and Cabana to the rear of the property with intergrated sun loungers and a bbq area.

Spread over three floors, the lower floor encompasses a very large open plan kitchen-diner come living space with a range of appliances such as a integrated oven/hob and a dishwasher. The floor has a sofa and television and an additional small toilet. The living space has sliding rear doors which open up onto the patio/pool area which details the BBQ area.

Located On The first floor is two double bedrooms both with an ensuite, balcony and king size bed one of which boasts a intergrated whirlpool bath bath. Moving to the upper second floor leads to the third twin room with an ensuite and second balcony providing amazing views over the valley.

In addition, the lower floor has two double sofa bed which bring the capacity of the Villa to 8 people and a baby with a Cot bed available for use. Wi-Fi is available for use.
