Inform us of all necessary information in order to move to the next step. The following is the information needed before contacting us:
* Date of the booking
* Time of the booking
* Pickup and return Locations
* Number of persons
* How will payment be made
* Do you need an invoice

Confirm your booking by making a payment via the following methods:
* Deon’s Executive Taxi Service Ltd bank account
- Republic Bank
- Scotiabank
* Western Union
* Money Gram
* Direct payment to Deon Hutchinson
Please note: Payment can range from 50% to 100% of the cost of the booking. Step (3)
If you made the payment via our bank account number, please submit a scan copy or a clear picture of the receipt via email or whatsapp. If payment was sent via Western Union or Money Gram, please send the following information:
* Confirmation codes
* Name of sender
* Address of sender
* Phone number of sender
* Amount sent
Cancellation policy
Customers are advised that once the booking fee is paid, that a cancellation of the requested service results in a forfeit of the booking fee/ security deposit paid, which is no less than fifty percent of the total cost of the job. In the event that the customer requests a transfer of the booking fee/ security deposit to another job, customers must confirm the new date, time/s, pickup and drop-off locations and number of persons for the job. This information must be communicated to Deon’s Executive Taxi Service Ltd at least 24 hours prior to the initial job. In the event that the customer fails to re-book and transfer the booking fee prior to the scheduled job, then the customer acknowledges that this is a forfeit of no less than fifty percent of the total cost of the job.
