Bella Mia Seaclusion extends our heartfelt gratitude and thanks for all who staycationed/vacationed during 2023, thanks for choosing us!
As beach home owners we take pride in keeping a clean environment in and around our property,however 2023 has been a challenge with few staycationers regarding respect and cleanliness of our place. In order to maintain clean and welcoming environment for our guests,*We will be making changes to our rental agreement, *rental prices are subjected to changes 2024 and also you will be required to pay a *mandatory security deposit, refundable only if house is left in satisfactory condition. This is not meant to inconvenience anyone, but rather to ensure that our property is well-cared for and protected, allowing us to continue offering a safe and pleasant atmosphere for everyone Once again, we thank you for choosing us and understanding the challenges we face as beach house owners.
