This 4 bedroom 2 bathroom rustic house is a nature lover escape from the hustle and bustle associated with the Carnival season. Sleeps 13 people, all bedrooms are air conditioned and bathrooms have heated showers. Boat shuttle service to and from the island can also be provided.

Increase strength in major muscles that hikers rely upon. Stronger legs and core muscles will better support the load in your pack and help you hike harder, longer.
Build endurance in those same muscle groups, as well as the shoulders and lower back, because hiking can be an all-day activity.
Improve your balance so you have a more stable base that will allow you to take uneven terrain in stride.
Don’t forget your cardio. Complement this exercise plan with activities like trail running, mountain biking or another aerobic exercise that you enjoy.

Gaspar Grande was first granted to Gaspar de Percin Roque by then Governor José Maria Chacón in 1783. Since then the island has served as a cotton plantation, whaling station, defense fortification, even being a popular spot for some very famous pirates. The discovery of the cave system on the island only added to the rich history that makes this island special.

Leased by the Americans 🇺🇸 during world war 2, Gasparee island saw the installation of 2 Howitzer 4.7 inch guns that were meant to aid in the islands defense if need be. A fun fact to note is that when the took over Chaguaramas during the war, it was considered the largest Naval base outside of US soil.
