1. Our business hours and operation will be affected by the measures that have been put in place to combat the COVID-19 spread among the population.

2. There is no need to come to our office, please send us a message or email with any questions or concerns that you may have and we will be sure to respond in the best and most prompt way possible .

3. We have been monitoring this situation on a daily basis and have been liaising with the relevant airlines, cruise lines and hotels to accommodate your changes and concerns in a most efficient manner and in the best of your interest.

4. Please do not panic about your travel being cancelled and you losing everything as we assure you that change / refund policies have been altered to accommodate you in this situation.

5. Please follow all the necessary guidelines and let's take care of each other during this period.
