感謝榮格今天來到漢王攤位採訪！漢王此次於台北國際塑橡膠工業展，展出HDPE超高速吹膜機。此吹膜機客製第二折角，讓客人的塑膠膜在印刷之後可以再折角一次。漢王致力於為貴公司的產品，打造最適合的吹膜機！
HDPE超高速吹膜機，現正於南港展覽館一館展示中。展出還剩下兩天，早上十點到下午六點，歡迎各位貴賓蒞臨位於四樓M0519的漢王攤位參觀！

We appreciate Ringier’s interview today. Han King is displaying our HDPE Super High Speed Blown Film Machine in TaipeiPLAS.
This machine is customized with a second gusset, which can gusset the film again after printed. Han King dedicate ourselves to build a most suitable blown film machine for your products.

在 2024.09.21 順利落幕啦~ 感謝展覽期間各位貴賓來訪🫶
雖然泰國的貴賓們沒能親眼見到漢王的吹膜機有點可惜😩
但相信透過現場業務夥伴們的介紹，泰國的貴賓們應該對漢王都有初步的認識了😁 之後如果有機會來到台灣，非常歡迎與漢王聯繫，如果能來我們嘉義的廠區，看看我們自豪的吹膜機，那就太棒啦！

We are very thankful for all the visitors at A-PLAS in BITEC. It's such a shame that our visitors weren't able to see King-Plus Blown Film Machines for themselves. But we believe that they have known a little more about Han King Machinery throuh the introduction of our sales executives.
It would be great if A-PLAS in Bangkok this time is able to establish a litte foundation for our market in Thailand in the future.

2024中國橡塑膠展於上海順利結束🎉🎉🎉
在新冠疫情發生後，睽違五年，中國全面開放外國展商及觀展商進入展場，參觀人數達32萬人次，相較於疫情前2018上海展18萬人次多出將近8成！
此次展會漢王展出FFS五層共擠重型包裝吹膜生產線，連線四色軟板印刷及內壓花設備，使用博祿(Borouge)提供的FFS原料配方進行生產，原料配方內含30%消費後回收料，以減少48%碳排量，達到循環經濟發展。在展場上，設備運行產量每小時510公斤，全場穩定輸出完美膜捲，最高產量達每小時543公斤👏👏👏
在產品內添加回收料已是橡塑膠產業的趨勢，循環經濟的發展充斥在生活裡，在全球減碳的目標下，各國相繼訂定出相關法規，致力減輕塑膠產業對地球帶來的負擔 🌱
此次漢王展現設備添加30%回收料的穩定運行，為使用者提供薄膜生產全新方案。五層共擠已經相較於三層共擠設備更能配置原料配方，降低使用者下料成本。若設備能夠順利添加一定數量的回收料，則可幫助使用者節省更多成本。再者，設備的良好運行顯示了設備優良的機械設計及電控配置，在穩定產量每小時500公斤下，漢王此台設備，包含印刷機及冰水機，耗電量約為每小時250~280千瓦。在回收減碳的目標下，節能省電更為使用者帶來市場競爭力。
吹膜生產線連線印刷機及內押花裝置，於漢王而言，已是相當成熟的設備配置。主體吹膜生產線必須達到足夠的生產穩定性 - 穩定的擠出量、袋寬及連線速度的同步，才能在安裝內壓花設備時，穩定輸出膜捲。
吹膜、印刷、內壓花、折邊 - 一體式的生產方式，節省廠房空間利用率，將原本需另外設置的離線印刷機及內壓花設備，直接安插在吹膜設備上，從而減少薄膜完成品所使用的人力資源。
若使用離線方式製作薄膜，吹膜設備所生產的白膜，須再次搬上印刷押花設備進行後製加工。在連接膜捲時，前段及後段的膜捲必定是生產時的廢料，但在連線生產方式下，吹膜即為成品，生產期間不會再產生任何廢料。且對於薄膜生產的時程，因不須再次後製加工，時間節省一倍，生產更具效率化💪💪💪
FFS重型包裝薄膜專門包裝重型產品，包含石油化工提煉的原物料、農產品穀物、鹽糖、肥料、飼料等。由吹膜設備產出膜捲，後續搭配自動包裝生產線進行填裝、封口、切袋、堆疊，兩道工序即產出最後成品包裝，顯著提升產品生產效率及人力的使用。且產品使用後的包裝袋可100%完全回收再製粒，重新進入產品生產，自成塑膠產業中的循環經濟♻️

漢王機械於2024上海國際橡塑展展覽圓滿結束！非常感謝來攤位參觀及交流的客人！🎉🎉🎉

今年展示的機台為FFS重型包裝生產線，收到很高的詢問度，很開心看到許多買主對於臺灣製的機械非常感興趣。

今年我們也嘗試了更多的行銷方式來推廣漢王機械。除了積極參加各地展覽之外，我們也與當地媒體合作，採用線上直播採訪、以及刊登電子報與書面報章雜誌等媒體，相信能更直接地傳遞漢王的理念給讀者們。❤️

FFS production line was designed to be only 11.3 meters in height. It is difficult to cool the film from 180 degrees Celsius to ambient temperature in an extremely short time and still preserve its film properties. It is a big challenge!

We ran tests this ф55 HDPE blown film machine that produced the film in totally 800mm width, and the output is up to 110 kg per hour.
The machine has a gravimetric batch control system, a gusset device and a folding device.
