Dear Hikers,

We hope to have several trips coming up over the next few months and we'll post them soon.

In the meantime we have two of our most popular trips arranged for February as below:

Jinshuiying Ancient Trail:
Our most popular one-day hike crossing the island from Taitung to Pingtung will be going out for two trips on Sat. and Sun Feb. 15 and 16.
It departs from Kaohsiung at 6am and returns the same day at 6pm.

Jiuhaocha Rukai Slate Village:
A 5-6 hr. hike deep into the mountains of Pingtung takes you to a different world of slate houses in an indigenous heartland.
Scheduled for Feb. 22 - 23
Cost per person: NT$8,000

We just finished a successful trip to Chiaming Lake (嘉明湖) with four guests from the US. The weather was on the cold side, but the mountain views were fantastic and we were treated to a multi-day sea of clouds on the Taitung side of the island. Winter high-mountain hiking in Taiwan at its best!

We have a departure for Jin Shui Ying Ancient Trail on Saturday 13/ January 2024.

This one-day hike departs from Kaohsiung at 6am and returns at 6pm. We follow an Aborigine migration route from Taitung on the east coast to Pingtung.
