南方澳漁港為日治時期開發的漁港，2023剛好百年，為北台灣最大、歷史最悠久的漁港。過去在政府的協助下，成立「南方澳商圈發展協會」，透過社區與商圈營造的思維、輔導計畫及商圈體質的改造，國內外遊客持續成長。
