In accordance with IATF Resolution 159, the Philippines will no longer require mandatory facility-based quarantine for fully vaccinated travelers entering the country starting February 1, 2022.

Effective February 1, 2022, fully vaccinated international passengers no longer have to undergo facility-based quarantine upon arriving in Clark.

More good news! Starting February 10, qualified leisure travelers from visa-free countries listed under EO 408 will be allowed to enter the country upon presentation of valid requirements.

Good news travelers!

Per the latest IATF resolution, facility-based quarantine is no longer required for fully-vaccinated passengers from green-list countries.Instead, these passengers may present a negative RT-PCR Test result taken 72 hours before departing from their country of origin and to self-monitor for COVID symptoms for 14 days upon arrival.

Meanwhile, passengers from yellow-list countries will only undergo facility-based quarantine until the release of their negative RT-PCR Test result.

The IATF has also released the quarantine classifications for the rest of October.

COVID TESTS REQUIRED FOR DOMESTIC TRAVEL TO CEBU

Effective from August 19, 2021, all domestic travelers flying to Cebu are now required to present either:

1. A negative RT-PCR test result taken within 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival in Cebu;

OR

2. A negative Antigen test result taken within 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival in Cebu.

As mandated by a new directive, Executive Order No. 40 (2021) issued by the Governor of the Province of Cebu (“Regulating the Entry of All Persons Entering the Province of Cebu through All Airports”), airlines are not allowed to accept for boarding any passengers who are unable to present either a valid negative RT-PCR test result or a negative Antigen test result. (The test results must not expire during transit.)

Middle East flights to arrive at NAIA Terminal 1 from May 17
Dear PAL passengers:
All of our PAL flights from the Middle East (from Dammam, Doha, Dubai, and Riyadh) will use NAIA Terminal 1 for arrivals, starting May 17, 2021, Monday (instead of the previously assigned Terminal 2).
To recap terminal assignments at the NAIA, from May 17:
· All PAL international flights from Manila will depart from NAIA Terminal 1.
· PAL arrivals from Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the UAE will be at NAIA Terminal 1.
· All other PAL international flight arrivals will be at NAIA Terminal 2.

CEB Advisory on Dubai flight cancellations until May 31
As of May 14, 8:00pm
To manage the spread of COVID-19 and its variants, the Philippine government has temporarily restricted passenger entry from United Arab Emirates, among other countries, from May 15 until 31, 2021.
Because of this, CEB has cancelled its flights to and from Dubai starting May 15 to 31, 2021.
Affected passengers are being informed via the contact details provided in their booking. Guests may select their preferred option (Unlimited rebooking or 2-year Travel Fund or Refund) through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website (http://bit.ly/CEBmanageflight) up to two (2) hours before their flights. CEB permanently removed Change Fees in March.
Cebu Pacific will continue to operate its domestic and international flights as scheduled. Passengers are strongly advised not to proceed to the airport without a confirmed flight.
