#開發案例 客人介紹朋友來找我們開發在"玻璃纖維"上的透明金油，在市面上普遍使用的是傳統雙液型的塗裝方式，但客人想要開發的是可以快速生產、乾燥的UV型塗料。此材料強調耐候、酸、鹼、鹽類，應用在海邊的步道和棧板，因此需要耐候條件相對應的透明金油。經過研發同仁努力，制定了基本的測試條件和規格，一周內就將初步開發完成的樣品提交給客戶做可行性評估。我們會再跟客戶做後續的產線規劃的討論。

在展覽中真的可以交到很多各行各業的好朋友，從事木工機械的好朋友帶著來自奈及利亞的客人來訪，我們雖然好久不見，但仍然像在國外巡迴展覽時熱絡的寒暄。這朋友只要有相關塗料的問題，我們一定是諮詢的首要對象。我們聊了很久，讓客人對塗料特性使用方式有了不一樣的想法，今天我們交了一位非洲的好朋友！

幾個月前接到客戶的洽詢，他是生產橡膠地板廠商，他表示在台灣找適合的開發商配合都面臨了很多困難，在尋找的同時甚至延宕了新產品的開發時間。
我們在了解產品本身特性和客戶需求後，便立刻與公司內部工程師商討產品設計方向，迅速為客戶量身打造它所需要的特殊塗料。客戶的需求如下：
用途：此開發案是水性啞光的橡膠地坪用塗料，產品是主要應用在健身房或室內的運動空間。
產品特性：橡膠地坪的優點是可以減緩衝擊和提供支撐，使人的腳裸和膝蓋在運動中減少運動傷害。
特性需求：所以我們的水性塗層是要均勻的塗布在橡膠地坪上，必須達到下述條件：耐滑、耐磨、耐水、耐化學、耐撞擊等等(以上均需符合歐盟室內運動面層標準)。
經過數個月工程師的開發和樣品來回的寄送，終於完成了此次的開發任務。此商品目前已經進入放大量產階段。

A few months ago, we received customer consultation from a rubber flooring manufacturer. He mentioned about how difficult it is to find suitable developers in Taiwan that it even caused his new products on the shelf.
We head down to the business immediately after understanding customer needs.
We scheduled meetings with engineers and designed the special coating for our client, and this is what we planned for our esteemed client:
Purpose/ A water-based matte rubber floor coating used in gyms or indoor sports venues.
Product Features/ Slow down the impact and provide support to reduce sport injuries.
Customized requirements/ An evenly applied waterbased coating on the rubber floor that should meet the following conditions: nonslip resistance, abrasion resistance, water resistance, chemical resistance, impact resistance, etc. (all of which must comply with the EU indoor sports surface layer standard.
After several months of lab work and sample returns, the case has finally closed. Our rubber coating product complied with EU regulations is now released and is in process of mass production.

在3/8-10的印度塗料展已圓滿落幕，在這短短的幾天認識了不少新朋友，也得到了很多合作的機會，也有很熱情的朋友當下邀請我們去參觀他們的工廠，人都很熱情與善良。在旅程中的幾天，吃飯除了咖哩外似乎沒有其他的選擇，在食的文化中印度吃素的人口比例之高，更可看出印度人的養生。印度商機爆發，Made In India 正夯。

在農曆年前趕貨，現場三滾輪排程已滿，只好請出塵封已久老爺爺級的三滾輪，經過同仁的拋光滾輪表面和調教，確認目前細度都可以達到出貨標準後，現在仍頭好壯壯的使用中。

#開發案例分享 #網路搜尋
此開發案在5個月前，客戶經網路搜尋到本專頁後開始與我們接洽，在了解客戶對產品的需求(Ex：流平性、消泡性、延伸率、柔韌性…等等)後，經過一連串的送樣測試溝通後，終於將產品配方定案，但產品價位與客戶的理想值有一小段落差。工程師再歷經過一個月的調整測試，產品的性能與價位取得平衡最終得到客戶的認同。在順利的放量測試後，我們會再持續的跟進與客戶聯繫後續的產品使用情形。
For this development program, we have contact with customers and met what they need, such as leveling, defoaming, elongation, flexibility,since this July.
Due to a succession of sampling and coordination, we verdict the receipt. However, the sales price was a little bit over customer’s ideal price.
After another month of adjusting, the customer finally gave the green light for quality and price.
We would still follow the pre-production and production usage.

#開發案例分享
此案例的台商鮭魚返鄉，除擴大對台投資外，也想增加木器產品的多樣性。客戶產品素材是以🇺🇸美國椴木(目前美國椴木在美國分布最為廣泛，所以也被大量的使用)為主，塗裝需求為快速、免待乾、縮短生產線等要求。由於產品外型的差異，所以我們規劃了兩種塗裝方式分別為滾塗與噴塗，並採用快速乾燥的紫外光固化系統打底，產品表面則使用環保無毒水性漆做搭配。最終產品表面光滑、平整、白度夠、遮蓋性佳，目前樣品已經送往美國做最後產品認證。

Sharing our recent research and development case:
In this case, our client is a China-based company recently relocated back to Taiwan which is seeking for more investment opportunities along with more diversity of their wooden products.
Our customer selected the American basswood for product material which is currently the most widely distributed and is also used extensively in the United States. The requirement of their product coating is fast to dry and enhancement of productivity. In order to coating for different shape of our customer’s product, we planned two coating methods: roller coating and spray coating. We also used the high speed drying UV curing system as base paint. Then the product surface is coated with environmental friendly and non-toxic water-based paint. The final product surface is smooth, leveling and polishable. The completed sample has been sent to the United States for the final product certification.

HOLA~~在距離台灣15000km遠的多明尼加的展覽中，從事家具製造的客人看到公司在展位上各個系列陳列的樣品，對公司產品質感產生了很大的興趣。在塗料資訊相對較缺乏的地方，我們耗時兩個月來回的溝通，終於與客人取得初步的共識。提供了數公斤的塗料做測試，希望可以解決客戶遇到的問題並增加客戶產品的附加價值。我們很快會再回到🇩🇴Dominican Republic🇩🇴的~~

勞動節放假完~今天來介紹一下即將結尾的開發案
塗裝快速🔜免待乾燥🔜即可包裝的塗裝方式➡️ "UV真空噴塗"

所謂真空噴塗，就是在一個接近真空的腔體內完成塗裝的方式。
而且UV塗料在腔體內會不斷的循環使用，因此真空噴塗可以降低塗料損耗達到最佳效益💰。
在真空噴塗機塗裝後，UV固化機就接在流水線後方，可以馬上固化完全。面漆固化後靜置數分鐘即可包裝出貨👍。

‼️‼️‼️產品需要是長型規則狀(ex地板、百葉窗、裝潢線板、各種框線等等)皆適用此生產方式。

After Labor Day vacation, we are going to introduce the wood coating we are recently working on.
The UV-Vacuum spray on wood-coating is fast without extra waiting time. Therefore, we can package our product immediately.
Literally, UV-Vacuum spray is coating in the vacuum cavity. The benefit is that UV coating in the cavity can be reused, thus further reduced the coating loss to achieve the best outcome with reasonably lower cost.
After the Vacuum spray coating process, the UV-curing machine will be stood by the assembly line. The UV-coating will then be cured immediately. After the UV-topcoat curing, the product can be packed right away and ready for shipping.

Attention:
The shap of the product must be long and regular(ex:floor,shutter,decorative line board,etc) which is theproduced in this method.

為什麼塗料需要客製化？？？

我們簡單的以木材來做舉例，種類不同，它的特性也會有不同，如木材軟硬、結構、色相、導管孔隙、親水性、含油酯比例、含酸比例…等等，所以塗料配方是沒有辦法適用所有樹種的。好的配方，基本上要先符合良好的滲透性、濕潤性、附著力和塗膜的持久性；以上均符合後再來討論它的塗膜表面特性，如：裝飾性、耐水性、耐溶劑性、耐刮傷等等。

因應不同客戶的生產流程，需要不同的塗裝配方。而且客戶的塗料操作流程或環境，往往是決定配方架構最關鍵的因素。基本的參考變數有：在固定長度的流水線上控制塗膜乾燥時間(是否有乾燥設備)、塗料的噴塗秒數、塗膜之間是否有砂磨、環境的溫溼度等等。

所以經過30幾年研發配方的經驗💪💪💪，我們簡單的列出開發配方的幾個重要產品客製化時程：

📌1.客戶接洽☎️：了解塗裝材質特性和客戶塗膜需求(如：硬度、附著、膜厚、塗裝方式、塗裝設備、塗裝流程等)。

📌2.樣品索取或提供🛢：庫存現貨符合客戶需求並提供測試，若無符合則向客戶索取欲塗裝樣品提供測試。

📌3.提供初步配方🔬：配方規格完整度達六成時，會先提供樣品供客戶測試，產品規格讓客戶再次檢視。

📌4.配方修正🌡：配方規格完整度提高到九成時，再次提供樣品供客戶測試。

📌5.配方確認放量生產測試🏭：配方滿足客戶需求後，提供小量樣品供客戶小批量生產，並共同檢視塗裝生產流程和問題排除。

📌6.配方完成&客戶量產👏：提供後續塗裝技術服務及支援。
