台南海安藝術特區有許多的藝術裝置與古老建築物，
其文化歷史與現代藝術吸引了許多遊客前往，
但至今仍沒有一個專屬的網站來介紹。

本專題將海安藝術特區豐富的人文景觀利用多種數位技術
建構一個具有豐富資訊的網站，並可應用於手持行動裝置上，
讓遊客享受更便利的服務。
