協助培養世界公民與領導力的跨國性平台，透過提供青年志工服務、海外實習、海外企業參訪與海外團隊學習機會，期許20歲青年能到世界各地交流、建構世界觀，30歲青年能到世界任一國家工作，40歲青年以全球資源回饋台灣社會。

在學期間，你將會一起參與外語交流聚會、國際參與青年分享聚會、短期海外企業參訪活動、聖誕舞會等多元國際參與的活動；在寒暑假，你能透過我們的平台參與海外教學實習、海外企業實習、企業參訪以及文化志工體驗、國際志工服務等活動。
