因天兔颱風影響，考量安全因素，活動異動調整如下：
將取消11/15、16兩日活動

各位朋友，今年佳樂水衝浪比賽真是考驗大家的耐心跟決心，又….因為颱風影響，比賽將由原訂的三天縮短為兩天（11/2～3）活動時間和賽程都進行了相應的調整。我們將會依颱風過境之後的損害程度以選手及觀眾的安全為第一優先，賽程是否可以順利完成來判定有無第三天（11/04星期一）活動的必要 。

縮短為兩天賽程後，所有精彩的賽事將集中在更緊湊的安排中，讓觀眾們在兩天內就能飽覽所有高水準的衝浪表演。雖然天氣帶來了些許挑戰，但我們仍堅持將最棒的活動帶給大家，也希望大家能繼續支持和參與。

⚡️更新後的活動日期：11/2 - 11/3（11/4為賽事觀察期）早上6點至下午5點
活動地點依然在屏東縣滿州鄉佳樂水漁村公園。期待大家的熱情參與，共同為選手們加油，享受這次特別的衝浪體驗！

Dear friends,

This year’s Jialeshui Surfing Competition truly tests everyone’s patience and determination. Due to the impact of the typhoon, the event will now be shortened from three days to two (November 2-3), with adjustments made to the schedule and event times accordingly. Based on the extent of damage after the typhoon, the safety of participants and spectators will remain our top priority. We’ll determine if there’s a need for an additional third day (Monday, November 4) based on whether the schedule can be completed smoothly.

With the competition now condensed into two days, all the thrilling events will be packed into a more intensive schedule, allowing spectators to enjoy high-level surfing performances within these two days. Despite the weather challenges, we remain committed to delivering the best event possible, and we hope everyone will continue to support and join us.

⚡️Updated event dates: November 2-3 (November 4 as a standby day), from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM
The event will still be held at Jialeshui Fishing Village Park, Manzhou Township, Pingtung County. We look forward to everyone’s enthusiastic participation, cheering for the athletes, and enjoying this unique surfing experience!

由於颱風的影響，我們不得不延期原本備受期待的佳樂水衝浪大賽。自宣布比賽延期後，許多相關的人事物都需重新協調和聯繫。在經過兩日的討論和沈澱後，我們決定將比賽改至11月1日至3日舉行。請大家相互告知此消息，所有組別維持不變，若有選手需要退賽，請於10月10日晚上8點前完成退賽手續，若原本組別需要更動的選手，請同樣先完成退賽，等待重新報名。逾期未取消的選手將視為正常參賽，並無法退還報名費用。(取消報名唯一窗口請加入TORSA官方LINE，請提供選手姓名、組別以及訂單編號，統一扣除一百元手續費後刷退至您的信用卡。

Due to the impact of the typhoon, we are forced to postpone the highly anticipated Jialeshui Surfing Competition. Since announcing the postponement, many arrangements and contacts need to be rescheduled. After two days of discussion and reflection, we have decided to move the competition to November 1st to 3rd. Please help spread the word. All categories remain unchanged, but if any participants need to withdraw, please complete the withdrawal process by 8 PM on October 10th. If any participants need to change their category, they must also withdraw first and wait for the re-registration process. Those who do not cancel by the deadline will be considered as normal participants and will not be eligible for a refund.

To cancel your registration, please join the official TORSA LINE, and provide your name, category, and order number. After deducting a handling fee of 100 NTD, the refund will be processed to your credit card.

『衝浪』是一種極限運動，它是獨立且具危險性的，浪人們會在自然裡完全展露內在狀態，有時會體現一絲動物性格。

透過觀察浪人習性，根據不同的生活型態和風格，對比動物的想像將浪人『擬物化』，描繪一種衝浪界的動物奇觀，從中探討「人性」與「動物性」的關聯。
