Taiwan’s night markets are one of the city's main attractions and a must-do activity for anybody visiting Taiwan. Taipei's night markets are more than just dining destinations; they are cultural hotspots where visitors and residents alike gather to enjoy a wide variety of culinary treats, explore unique finds, and take in the vibrant atmosphere. Here are some must-visit night markets in Taipei.

Located nearby Jiantan MRT Station, this massive market draws guests into a sensory experience with its variety of colors, lights, and scents. With numerous shops lining tiny lanes selling a variety of Taiwanese street food, snacks, and beverages, the market comes alive as the sun sets. Stinky tofu, oyster omelets, beef noodle soup, and bubble tea are a few must-try foods.

With the famous Ciyou Temple at its entrance, Raohe Street Night Market is known for its historic surroundings. A variety of snacks, street cuisine, and traditional Taiwanese handicrafts are available at this market. Tourists can enjoy local delicacies and wander down the charming street while taking in the architecture.

Ningxia Night Market stands out for being comparatively smaller than other night markets, such as Shilin. This makes it the perfect place to go if you want to get a genuine, small-scale night market experience. A plethora of sights, sounds, and smells will meet you as you meander through the market.

A trip to these night markets in Taipei is a must-do for visitors to Taiwan, offering a sensory feast and a taste of the country's culture.
