大里遊客中心位於濱海公路約118公里處，館內的展示以人文史蹟為主軸，並設有東北角旅遊區域及宜蘭地區的旅遊動線系統，提供遊客更豐富的旅遊資訊，以及知性與感性的解說導覽服務。遊客中心也設有一間可容納80人的多媒體放映室，上午10點至下午4點期間，每一小時，以「山海伴我行」、「龜嶼鄉情」、「山海戀風景」和「東北角地質之旅」等4部影片輪播，全年無休，民眾團體可事先預約。遊客服務中心入口旁廣場有一個仿虎字碑的拓碑區，遊客可在此體驗拓碑的樂趣{請自行攜帶相關拓碑物品喔}，中心下方的停車場上有一大石，上有何應欽將軍親筆所題的「蘭陽第一勝景」字蹟。
