Today marks another incredible day with my clients as we embark on a 6-day Mid-Range Safari covering Tarangire National Park, Ngorongoro Crater, and Serengeti National Park. Witnessing the joy on my clients' faces and their eagerness to delve deeper into the experience fills me with immense satisfaction. Where we can see flamingos easly in Tanzania ?

Flamingos can often be found in certain parts of Tanzania, particularly around Lake Natron and Lake Manyara. These areas are known for their abundance of birdlife, including flamingos. Lake Natron, in particular, is a breeding ground for lesser flamingos due to its high alkalinity, which supports the growth of the flamingos' food source, cyanobacteria.

In Lake Manyara National Park, you can often spot flamingos, especially during the wet season when the lake's water levels rise, creating suitable conditions for them. Additionally, other parks and reserves with suitable wetland habitats, such as Tarangire National Park, may also have occasional flamingo sightings.

To maximize your chances of seeing flamingos, it's a good idea to visit during the dry season (June to October) when water levels in lakes are lower, concentrating birdlife around remaining water sources.
