Tarangire Park received its name from tarangire River that flows through the northern portion of the park. The river becomes the primary source of water for the animals residing in the park during the dry season. During the dry season a mini- Migration takes place in which around 250,000 animals move around looking for water. Besides the elephants ( there's herds of up to 300k elephants 🐘 ) you will also find a lot of buffaloes 🐃, zebras,leopards and different species of birds.
Tarangire covers an area of 2850 square kilometer and its landscape is made of granite ridges, rivers valley and swamp. It's vegetation is mix of woodlands,seasonally flooded grassland and baobab 🌳 trees.

For the longest time in history zebras and wildebeest ( gnue) have been know to live together ❤️. The biggest question is Why ??????? This might be the fact... from feeding Zebras normal feed on the top part of the grasses or the tall grasses and this allowance wildebeest to easily access their preferred grass which is the short grasses. Also with their compensating features zebras have great eyesight which help them to spot predators from even far and wildebeest have a great sense of hearing allowing them to hear predators from far as well; so in that fact show that both speacies depending on each other. # Don't stop travelling when you have time; @ Book your trip with us and keep learning.

You will be pick up from your hotel in Zanzibar transfer to the airport with our driver , then take flights and land in arusha where you will meet with your safari guide at 8:00am then drive straight to serengeti national park for the full game drive ......

Day 2: SERENGETI National Park full day
You will have a full day game drive in serengeti just exploring the magnificent beautiful of Serengeti , and count millions of animals including all cats family like lions, leopards, cheetahs, and different species of animals like , hippos, crocodiles, and millions of animals , you will saved lunch at the design picnic site , after lunch keep on with game drive until evening, late before drive back to your hotel we will preparing Bush table having cheers while enjoying your day with beautiful sounds of birds and enjoying environment at the middle of nowhere

Day 3: NGORONGORO CRATER TO KARATU
After breakfast we drive to the seneto gate of crater , then we will drive down the crater floor where you will doing game and exploring the floor of the crater , you will have enough time to see many cats at the morning like , Lion , hyenas and others. Lunch will be saved at a designated picnic site near a hippo pool afterwards, continue with game drives. You can expect to see lions, elephants, zebras, hippos, flamingos, jackals, rhinos, antelopes, many birds and other species. With a bit of luck the ‘Big Five’ can be spotted during one game drive only....

Day 4: Tarangire national park & Departure

In this day you will be picked up at 6:30 am with safari guide and pack your luggage, then you will be drive straight to Tarangire national park for half game drive with your parked lunch boxes.Here you will count many animals as Tarangire known as a home of elephant expected to see many of them, Wildbeest,zebras,impala,Girafe,buffalo,lions, and different species of the birds at 12:00pm you will be saved a lunch at the national park then after lunch drive to arusha airport take flight back to zanzibar.

Waterfalls #
It's about 3hours drive from Arusha you will arrive in the beautifull village called MATERUNI.after a nice walking tour with local guide you come to the beautiful waterfalls of up to 100meter high.This is one of highest waterfall in . The beautiful path towards towards the materuni waterfall is through the valleys and tropical rainforest. These views are interspersed with coffee,banana and avocado plantations 🌿. The hike at these waterfalls are less steep than the hike at Mount meru waterfalls.On the way guide will tell you all about life in the local village , you can even testa fresh coffee ☕ if you want, you will be told about the different types of flora and fauna. Then after this you get demonstration about how to roasted coffee is done in traditional ways, from the village you also have a breathtaking view of Moshi and Kilimanjaro mountain ⛰. This is one of nice activities in which is definitely recommended if you want to come close to mountain Kilimanjaro..Otherwise there is also the waterfalls in Arusha On the 🗻 Mount Meru which is also very beautiful with it's own experience..

Talking about the Iconic Tree in Tarangiree National park.
During the dry season , the gentle giants nibble on bark and trunk to quench their thirst. However up till few years ago not only animals but also humans used the iconic tree for their purpose .The hollowed inside of this baobab in Tarangire National Park served poachers as hiding place until the mid -1990s nowhere to be seen and invisible to rangers on patrol.

However 🏡 one day in 1995 the gang was observed when pulling a dead wildebeest to the inside of the trees,. Then the rangers made their move and got them .So today you can visit HIDE Tarangire National Park with Tz.@
