“Not all who wander are lost. Some are simply looking for coffee”. ☕️
Spend a day adapting to the pace of nature at the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro, visiting Materuni village, an unbelievably authentic and tribal, home to our Chagga friends, and the very rich and aromatic arabica coffee.
Immerse on a 40 minutes hike down to the waterfall through the thick and dense agricultural forest.
Make sure to look out for the peak of Mount Kilimanjaro on your hike 🏔️.
Safe for swimming the soothing flow of the waterfalls will know, but no doubt, but do justice to the phrase, “Oh, it was all worth it”. 🐾
But that’s really not the end of water a day will spent would look like .
Enjoy the entertaining yet informative coffee tour after a traditional homely cooked Chagga lunch 🍽️.
Be a part of the bean to cup experience by involving yourselves in the motivational songs sang by the locals, whilst grinding and roasting of the coffee ☕️.
Nevertheless, easily get in touch with us now to add this one time experience to your itinerary.
Why should you visit this must see destination and a UNESCO World Heritage Site - The Ngorongoro Conservation Area 🌍
The Ngorongoro Crater is one of the most beautiful and engaging places on earth. It’s been long since it collapsed and eroded, and as a result, the area is full of ancient degraded forests and stunning wildlife havens.
🌏 The largest unbroken caldera in the world - A caldera is a specific kind of crater – one caused when a volcano mouth collapses in on itself.
🐾 Viewed from the rim, the crater looks empty - A whopping 25,000 to 30,000 large mammals live in Ngorongoro Crater.
🍀 The crater has several different ecosystems - A steep forested crater wall, the alkaline and seasonal salt Lake Magadi, mandusi and Gorigor Swamps, hippo pool, Lerai forest and finally the extensive grasslands.
5️⃣ The crater has the Big Five, but no giraffes - Giraffes live in the area, just not the crater
🛎️ The name Ngorongoro is onomatopoeic - Believed to have been coined by the Maasai and based on the sound made by a jingle bell tied to the neck of the boss cow in a herd. The thought was that the cow bell makes an ‘ngor-ngor’ sound, hence the name Ngorongoro
It’s an oasis of unparalleled beauty, an ancient caldera that has survived the test of time and continues to offer a unique and mesmerizing experience!
A piece of heaven in Tanzania 🇹🇿🐾
