Our core business is to plan and organize tours and safaris in all Tanzanian national parks, specifically to the Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Tarangire, Manyara, Ruaha, Selous, Mikumi among others, as well as climbs to Mount Kilimanjaro and beach holidays in Zanzibar. In fact, we take this business seriously, and hence quality is very important to us even when we offer services to clients with different budgets. Indeed, for that reason we have two departments. One dealing with Elite, luxury clients and the other dealing with moderate and budget safaris. However, while we understand that we can not offer much more than what the budget dictates, we have a minimum below which we can’t offer, so as not to compromise the basic services and minimum quality, and client satisfaction is important to us and a measure to our success. We go out of our way to achieve that goal. Furthermore, we love our country, we love this business, and we love our clients and therefore their happiness and satisfaction is important to our own.
