Did you know that a giraffe’s tongue is 18-20 inches long and prehensile - allowing it took forage and pull leaves from plants avoiding the thorns on the acacia tree? Because they forage high in the trees, it is blue/purple in color - allowing extra melanin to protect it from the sun!

Not a bad view. Cheetah are known to climb onto things to get a better vantage point for hunting. Typically this is a termite mound, a low branch, or god forbid a nearby car blocking their view.
