Finding, Observing, and identifying birds to judges was fun.

It is nature tourism and adventure at the same time.

Finalists were also prepared to deal with three types of birding tourism
1. Casual birders
2. Enthusiastic birders
3. Hardcore birders

In this case, the judges played both three roles to test guides. And it was fun!

Tunamkumbuka na kumuenzi kwa vitendo. Mwalimu alikuwa mhifadhi namba moja kwa nadharia na kwa vitendo.

Tumerithishwa ili tuweze kuwarithisha....hii ni zaidi ya kauli mbiu ya na

Guides ni mhifadhi mwandamizi katika kuhakikisha utalii endelevu unatekelezwa kwa vitendo. Yeye ni chief incharge wa mgeni ambaye bila kuongozwa anaweza kudumaza kauli mbiu hii.

Mama kupitia kaongeza hamasa kwa guides wote nchini kuwa umuhimu na juhudi za guides zinatambulika na Serikali.

Katika kuadhimisha siku hii muhimu tunakuhakikishia kuwa tuko ngangari katika kutekeleza ubalozi huu kwa kuhakikisha inaenda kuwa mfano wa kuigwa katika nchi washindani katika fani ya huduma ya ukarimu.

Katika moja ya debate wakati wa field challenge 2023 ni namna gani ya kudeal na dunia ya mtandao hasa kwa professional tour guides.

Kujua nini cha kupost na nini sio cha kupost. Kwa nyakati tofauti guides wanakutana na scenarios ambazo nyingine inawalazimu kuingilia nature kwa dhamira njema tu. Basi ndio wakati huo nia njema inapoweza kugeuka dhahama. Ukipost picha yenye kuleta hisia tofauti basi ipe maelezo kamili ya kwanini kitendo hicho kimefanyika na funzo au dhamira ni nini kwa jamii. Kinyume na hivyo kaa nayo hiyo picha kwa matumizi binafsi.

The visitor center is considered "the hub of the park interpretive program,"

Hapa ndipo sehemu pekee ya na mgeni wake wanaweza kupata maelezo murua yanayohusu park. Pasipo kutembelea visitors center katika hifadhi husika, muongoza watalii anakuwa k**a mwindaji anayekwenda kuwinda bila ramani.

Mara nyingi waongoza wageni wamekuwa wakijisahaulisha umuhimu wa visitors center na hata wale wanaopata bahati ya kuzulu sehemu hizo uwaacha wageni peke yao aidha wakiwa na wanafunzi wa mafunzo au wakizunguka bila muongozo.

Pamoja na challenge ya kutafsiri resources ambazo zinapatikana kwenye visitors center, washiriki walipata wasaa wa kujikumbusha umuhimu wa visitors center.

Hapa kuna utajiri mkubwa wa mifupa ambayo ni sehemu ya anatomy ya wanyama ambao wageni wamewaona au watawaona katika hifadhi. Kwakuwa mifupa hii imekusanywa toka maeneo mbalimbali ya hifadhi...ni rahisi sana kudanganyika katika kuitambua baadhi ya spishi ambazo haziconnect haraka na eno husika. Ndio maana ya quick fix challenge. Kuwapima tour guides IQ na uelewa wao katika ecologia ya hifadhi.
