Vultures are one of most effective scavengers.They only eat dead animal carcass. They remove bacteria and other poisons in the environment quickly, consuming carcasses before they decay. this action occurring mostly during migration of the wildebeest, this time there will be a lots of hunting going on in the park.

Oldupai Gorge monument was erected at the turnoff to Olduvai Gorge from the road which connects Ngorongoro Conservation Area and Serengeti National park.

The fossil skulls depicted are Paranthropus boisei and Homo habilis, two contemporary species which were first discovered at Olduvai Gorge in Tanzania by Louis and Mary Leakey.
