As a solo white woman traveller with no Swahili, I had some anxiety around experiencing and seeing Dar so decided to book a tour. I had the most amazing tour today with Kizito himself. Kizito is reliable, fun, extremely knowledgeable and excellent at putting you at ease. He is also very respectful and accommodating to the vendors and locals, and good at making sure you don't get hasselled or overcharged. As I was the only one on the tour, Kizito catered to my every curiousity, taking me to a couple do places of interest on route to the markets. We ended the day on a wonderful local beach in a super cool Rasta cafe with great food and cold beer. Can't recommend this enough - worth every penny! Asante Kizito!
