What an intense experience this leopard hunt turned out to be🐆 He decided to take position and lay on a tree branch directly above our blind. It was challenging to remain extremely still and silent for what felt like an eternity. After a long and nerve-wracking wait, he FINALLY made his move towards the bait, and our hunter executed a flawless shot. Great job everyone👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

The Story of Heritage Safaris

At Heritage Safaris we live, eat and breath all that is hunting and the African Adventure. The Selous is also well renowned for the immense population of Crocodile, Hippo and Leopard, which are abundant in our blocks.

There are plenty of opportunities to hunt plains game in the Selous as well. The Game Reserve in the southern portion of the country holds a wealth of wild game species like Eland, Kudu, Lichtenstein Hartebeest, Nyassa Wildebeest, Roosevelt Sable, etc.

With truly staggering numbers of animals combined with excellent trophy quality hunting in Tanzania is known to be the holy grail of all hunts with big game hunters all over the world.
