Day three: Shira cave camp via Lava tower to Baranco campsite
This day helped KENICHI gradually adjust to the altitude because we climbed high(4600m/15000ft) and sleep low (3980m/13000ft). It is also a day that his body realized he was higher than ever before so we hiked very polepole (slowly) which increased his chance of reaching to Uhuru Peak.
Hiking Time: 6hrs 37 minutes
Distance covered: 9.8 km/6.1 miles

Day 2 through Machame Route.
After a good night sleep and amazing breakfast from DAVIDTHECHEF, We emerge from the rain forest and continue with steep rocky ridge climbing crossing through heather and open moorlands until we reached Shira Cave Campsite.

Elevation gained: 850m /2765 ft
Hiking time: 4 hrs 10 minutes
Distance: 7 km/ 4.3 miles

Day one we hiked through the dense rain forest on a winding trail up the ridge until we reached the first camp well known as Machame hut.
Elevation Gain: 1200m
Hiking Time: 5 hours 19 minutes
Distance: 11 km/6.8 miles
