This is a part of our ongoing program to equip our crew with the necessary skills to provide exceptional service to our clients, Our very office is pleased to announce the next steps in our training schedule.
We are planning to introduce an English language course specifically designed for some of our porters. This training is expected to commence shortly after Easter and will run for a duration of couple of weeks before starting new peak season.
In addition, we will be enrolling one of our guides in the Wilderness First Responder (WFR) course this April. This training is critical in enhancing our team’s ability to respond effectively to emergencies in the field.
As part of our commitment to professional development, we typically contribute 50% of the course fees, with the remaining balance covered by the trainees.
These training programs are a vital part of our mission, as we take pride to our clients in delivering our services through a well-trained and certified crew.
