DAY 1 ARUSHA - TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK

Picked up at Arusha/kilimanjaro Airport depart for Tarangire National Park for game drive. First you will stop at the last minutes supermarket in Arusha Town for any last minute purchases before heading tou Tarangire. The driving is along The Great Northern Highway across Masai steppe & many village all the way to Tarangire National Park.

Tarangire is famous for its huge Baobab trees & large elephant population, you may expect to spot heads of wildebeest, buffalo, zebra, giraffe, hippos, baboons, many antelopes & the giant African elephant. For bird watchers this is the paradise over 400 species of bird have been recorded here which includes the rare species of Ash Staling, Great Kudu & fringed Eared Oryx are among rare species found in Tarangire.

Predators like lion, cheetahs, hyenas, jackals & the ever-elusive leopard are also inhabit this park. Tarangire Park forms the central annual migratory cycle within Tarangire Lake Manyara ecosystem which include up to 3000 elephants, 25,000 wildebeest and about 30,000 zebra. DAY 2 - NGORONGORO CRATER TOUR

On the last day of your safari, you will have an early start. Finishing up with a quick breakfast you will make an early descent at around 6:30 AM into the crater floor. The Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest inactive, intact and unfilled volcanic caldera. It has a massive floor of about 260 sq kms with a depth of over 2000 feet. The 5-hour game drive on the crater floor will show you a lot of animal action. Keeping the camera ready is definitely recommended. The African elephant, buffalo, Black rhino, Hippos, Hyenas, Cheetahs and Lions are found in plenty. Post the picnic lunch at the beautiful Hippo pool, you will begin a steep ascend to the top exit of the crater. Late evening drive back to the lodge.

Mnemba island full day snorkeling experience 🤿😍📷

Explore the magic ocean around Mnemba Island with us and one of our comfortable dhows. We start the trip 09.00 from Kendwa beach. On the way to Mnemba we often see the dolphins play and jump in the ocean (we don´t chase them). If we are near you are free to jump in with them. When we reach Mnemba we do snorkeling in one or two different spots (depending on your wishes and the tide and weather). We also get off on the crystal white sandbank when the tide is low.
After the first snorkeling place it´s time to enjoy the amazing seafood bbq lunch that the captains has prepared. Around 4 pm we raise the sailing and sail back to Kendwa during sunset. This is the time for relaxing while the boat slowly follow the wind back.. During this time we enjoy fresh fruits and the magical sunset.

After breakfast, we leave the camp with your picnic lunch to another game drive, looking for more lions, leopards, cheetah, zebras, wildebeest, gazelles and hyenas till afternoon and then drive to the Ngorongoro conservation area. Overnight and dinner at the accommodation of your category of choice. DAY 3:NGORONGORO CRATER After breakfast, with picnic lunch packed, we depart for a game drive to the Ngorongoro crater. A real life Eden, you will be amazed by its abundant wildlife that get very close to the vehicle. The crater floor supports more than 25000 large mammals including the remaining Black Rhinos, Zebras, Gnus, Gazelles, Buffalos, Lions, Hippos, Elephants, Elands, Hyenas and a number of aquatic birds. We explore the crater till late afternoon and drive back to Arusha, overnight in Arusha or take your flight to Zanzibar.
