"Taste of Tradition", A book celebrating the rich heritage of Bohra cuisine, was officially launched by Hon. Mudrick Soraga in a prestigious event. This culinary masterpiece features recipes lovingly crafted by Zarina Jafferji and brought to life through stunning photography by Javed Jafferji and the Drone Zanzibar Team. Zarina Jafferji expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Minister for his invaluable support in making the book launch a memorable success.

The book is the result of five years of dedicated research, compilation, and passion. Bohra cuisine, renowned for its unique blend of flavors, traditions, and culinary techniques, reflects the community's rich cultural tapestry. With a harmonious fusion of Indian, Middle Eastern, and East African influences, the cuisine offers a distinctive gastronomic experience that is both flavorful and deeply rooted in history.
