*Overview*
Mikumi is Tanzania’s fourth-largest national park and the most accessible from Dar es Salaam. With almost guaranteed year-round wildlife sightings, it makes an ideal safari destination for those without much time. Within its 3230 sq. km, it hosts buffaloes, wildebeests, giraffes, elephants, lions, zebras, leopards, crocodiles, and more, and chances are high that you’ll see a respectable sampling of these within a short time of entering the park.

*Day:1* Zanzibar to Dar es Salaam to Mikumi national park
Pick up clients at the hotel early Morning (5 am) and drive to ferry for the boat to Dar es Salaam, then drive 6 hrs. to Mikumi National Park, on the way to Mikumi National Park we will take lunch at Msolwa Restaurant in Chalinze town before arrive at Mikumi national park, after arrival at Mikumi you have the opportunity to visit masai village until Sunset and enjoy the moments, before going to hotel for dinner and overnight.

*Day:2* Explore Mikumi national park Full day
Early in after breakfast, exit your lodge and head to the park in search of wildlife in a thrilling game drive. Be on the look for wildebeests, elephant giraffes, lions, buffaloes, and many more. Have a launch break and later visit other park locations such as the Mkata, Chamgore (place of pythons), and Mkata flood plains. Full Game drive until Sunset then we drive back to your Camp for Dinner and overnight

*Day:3* Mikumi to Dar es Salaam to Zanzibar
After breakfast, we will start our journey and return to Dar es Salaam depending on the planned arrival time in Dar es Salaam. Arrival in the late afternoon/early evening including transfer back to the hotel in Dar es Salaam or catching the ferry for Zanzibar. Breakfast and lunch are included.

Zanzibar to Dar es Salaam by Boat and Road Trip to Mikumi National Park
Your safari adventure starts with an early morning boat ride from Zanzibar to Dar es Salaam. As you sail across the Indian Ocean, enjoy the mesmerizing sea views and the fresh ocean breeze. Upon your arrival in Dar es Salaam, you will be warmly welcomed by your experienced local guide who will accompany you on the forthcoming road journey. The road trip to Mikumi National Park is a scenic 5-6hour drive, offering glimpses of local life and beautiful landscapes along the way. Upon your arrival at the park, you'll check in at your chosen accommodation, settling in for the wildlife experiences ahead. In the afternoon, your safari adventure begins with a thrilling game drive within Mikumi National Park, one of the largest game reserves in Africa. Keep your eyes peeled for wildlife such as elephants, lions, hippos, crocodiles, and a multitude of bird species. As the sun dips below the horizon, return to your comfortable lodge, where a delightful dinner awaits you, along with the soothing sounds of the African wilderness.

Morning Safari in Mikumi National Park
Day two is dedicated to immersing yourself in the stunning landscapes and diverse wildlife of Mikumi National Park. You'll experience both morning game drives, allowing you to explore the park's various ecosystems and encounter its rich wildlife, including elephants, lions, and numerous other creatures. Drive to dar es salaam and stop for lunch is served at msolwa restaurant, offering a serene setting to savor your meal and soak in the surroundings. As the day draws to a close, later drive to dar es salaam to catch boat to Zanzibar.
