Starting in Stone Town, this walking tour visits the important historical buildings of Zanzibar. Learn about history and heritage as it is reflected by our urban environment from knowledgeable guides. Then, head out to a rural farm to learn about the spices and foods that make Zanzibar known as the Spice Island. See spices in their natural form and learn about how they are made, then enjoy a traditional lunch on the farm. Swim with Dolphins and Jozani Forest National Park
Leaving from Stone Town, this tour takes you to the southern tip of Zanzibar to the village of Kizimkazi. Kizimkazi's bays are home to pods of friendly, curious wild dolphins. Our tours are responsible and do not chase or harass dolphins, but you are almost guaranteed an opportunity to swim with them and see them face to face in the water. If you're lucky, you can even touch them! After the dolphins, we stop at Jozani Forest National Park on the way back to Stone Town to visit a friendly troop of Zanzibar Red Colobus Monkeys, found only on the island. Prison Island Snorkelling
Prison Island used to be home to a large prison, but now is home to a family of ancient giant tortoises known as Al Dabra. Some over 150 years old, the tortoises were a gift to Zanzibar from the Seychelles and now are bred and kept on the island. Afterwards, we take you to a coral reef for snorkelling.
