DAY 1: Arrive Zanzibar;
After arrival at Zanzibar airport /seaport you will be met by the friendly staff of Time 4 Zanzibar tours and safaris, TRANSFER TO YOUR BOOKED HOTEL (CHECK INN FOR FIVE NIGHTS ON HALF BOARD OR FULL BOARD BASIS.
Day 2 – Safari blue tour:
After an early breakfast we will pick you up from your Hotel at 9am and head to the village of Fumba on the southwestern portion of the island where you will start the Safari Blue Tour featuring swimming among the beautiful corals and sand banks. We will stop at Kwale Island for a seafood lunch before returning to Nungwi.
Overnight at: in a 3 star Hotel or in a 5 star hotel.
Day 3 – Spice Tour, Stone Town tour + Prison Island Tour:
At 09:00hrs after breakfast we drive to the spice plantations for the spice tour. Guaranteed to awaken your senses, we will visit the spice plantations where you will have the opportunity to pick, smell, and savour fruits and spices which you have probably never seen on the supermarket shelf, Cloves, star fruit, tangerine trees, lemon grass, mangos teen, ‘lipstick trees’, to name but a few what you can expect to see! This is the cheapest place to buy locally made perfumes and oils.
After Spice tour we will go to stone town and start enjoying ourselves with Zanzibar stone town tour. This two or three hours tour begins with a visit to Zanzibar’s colorful market, alive with the buzz of locals bartering fresh vegetables and baskets of tropical fruit, amongst the heady aroma of herbs and spices, we continue onto the site of a cathedral built in 1874 then to the Zanzibar Museum, Tippu Tip’s House, the former British Club, the Old Fort and the recently renovated Indian Dispensary. Your tour ends with a stroll through the narrow streets of Stone Town. After the tour we take our lunch and relax.
After Lunch and relax you will go for Prison Island excursion that takes you to this beautiful island from Stone Town.
Although it was originally built as a prison it was never put into use. Later it was used as a
Quarantine of slaves for the whole of East Africa. The remnants of the built are still visible.
The island offers a stunning view of Stone Town. There is very beautiful minor sandy beach
Where swimming in the crystal waters is marvelous. The coral reefs surrounding the island
Provide an opportunity for snorkeling. This is also a home of the giant tortoise, which is now under strict conservation. A short-guided tour around the island will provide the real picture.
After the tour we drive back to North cost of Zanzibar Island for dinner and stay overnight at Nungwi . In 3 star Hotel or in 5 star hotel.
Day 4 – Kizimkazi Dolphin tour and Jozani Forest tour;
After wakeup early in the morning 5:30 am we drive to Kizimkazi fishing village for a dolphin tour, after arriving we take a motorized boat and start searching for dolphins. If we lucky we can use about 5 to 10 minutes cruising on search of dolphins. After swimming with them we go to shallow water for snorkeling before getting back to the beach for taking shower, have lunch and a bit of beach leisure.
After leisure we drive to Jozani forest to see the red colubus monkeys and visit the floating mangrove bridge. Jozani has an excellent nature trail and the guides are well trained and informative. A walk through this impressive flora and fauna is one of the highlights Zanzibar has to offer. After the tour we drive back to the your Hotel at Nungwi for dinner and stay. Overnight in a 3 star Hotel or in a 5 star hotel.
Day 5 - free – Reluxe on the beach or at Swimming pool.
Day 6 - transfer to airport
